- After the eruption of USA’s sub-prime mortgage crises, credit risk is spreading to global financial market and making bad effects on global economics. Owing to high dependence to export to American, the crises have obvious effects on chinese export. Especially Zhejiang Province, the export is the most important power in Zhejiang economic development. The US accounts the big proportion in the export market of Zhejiang. Along with the financial crisis spreads unceasingly, the Zhejiang export enterprises face the risks of behind of payment, dishonor and bankrupt of the international market buyer. The export exchange- earning risk becomes the biggest exterior risk which the Zhejinag export enterprises faced. Export credit insurance is an effective tool for supporting export and facilitating enterprises to avoid risk for foreign exchange collection, especially under the circumstances of unfavorable macro economic environment, export enterprises should make use of professional risk management institutions to protect their own benefits. Specially in the situation of the macro economic facing with unfavorable factors, the Zhejiang Export enterprises should act according to their own situation, the suitable insurance export credit guarantee, will obtain the convenient finance, more convenient loan, and the more revolving funds, enhance the competition status of the enterprises in the international market, implement “the export multiplication”the strategy, develop the new markets. Simultaneously, the Zhejiang export enterprises should use the export credit guarantee to grasp positively the credit situation of the overseas customers, to promote Export enterprises’risk management level, ensure the exchange-earning security, use the specialized risk management organizations to safeguard their own benefits.
