- The subjects of this study are students majoring in nursing, public health and this study measured their recognition to hospital coordinators, a change of their recognition after education & training, and the level of knowledge to prove a effectiveness of education in order that they could perform the health care services systematically for their customers in the future. The number of subject students is total 353 people including 170 people (before education) and 183 people(after education). And the conclusion based on the results of study is as follows; The recognition on the expertise of hospital coordinators who deal with health care services, marketing, and staff training was improved after the hospital coordinator education. Also, the awareness of a treatment coordinator who gives not the patient care or medical assistance but the direct health care treatments was increased. In addition, the results shows that a pre-recognition and interest about hospital coordinators gives an influence on the level of knowledge. Currently, the rate of the recruitment of hospital coordinators are increased according to the health care environment and hospital coordinators are cultivated in many educational institutes. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a high quality education through the standardized educational guidelines and an institutional attention on hospital coordinators, such as a qualification system by ability.

- 본 연구는 장차 병원에서 바람직한 의료서비스를 수행해야 하는 간호·보건 전공 학생들을 대상으 로 고객들이 원하는 의료서비스를 체계적으로 수행할 수 있도록 병원코디 네이터에 관한 인식과 양성 교육 후 인식의 변화, 교육 효과 입증을 위한 지식수준 측정을 하였다. 교육 전 170명, 교육 후 183명, 총 353명을 대상으로 연구하였고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 나온 결론은 다음과 같다. 병원코디네이터 양성교육은 의료서비스, 마케팅 또는 직원교 육 등을 담당하는 병원코디 네이터의 전문성에 대한 인식이 높아졌고, 환자 치료나 진료지원이 아니라 직접 진료 담당 업무를 하는 트리트먼트코디네이터에 관한 인식이 높아졌다. 또한 병원코디네이 터에 관한 사전 인지도와 관 심이 지식수준에 영향을 주는 것으로 나왔다. 의료 환경의 변화에 따라 병원코디네이터 채용비율도 증가되고, 많은 교육 기관에서 병원코디네이터 를 양성하고 있는 오늘 날 표준화된 교육지침으로 수준 높은 교육과 능력 별 자격제도 등의 병원코디 네이터에 관한 제도적인 관심이 절실하게 요구된다.
