Recently, the fault width intelligent wide area ․․․low age tendencies of listening juvenile delinquency are caused by and of course the etc. adult crime which has own way the crime which is anti-moral and a huge shock in our society with committing the crime which is similar.
A study which sees investigates about the actual condition analysis and juvenile guidance․�protection activity of juvenile delinquency and the under this base policy suggestion.
First, the role of the family must be strengthened. What there are to juvenile and the family taking charge of the major role most, there is not a margin run back over.
Second, is a role augmentation of the school. The school is the place where spends the time when the juvenile are more the family. Gives consideration like this points and in order to prevent a juvenile delinquency the school authorities and participation of teachers are essential from the school authorities.
Third, is an activity reinforcement and a manpower․budget expansion of police. Is caused by in the manpower tribe and the budget tribe of police and the patrolling activity which is effective and the young people charge professional police officer total lack were to are actuality of today.
Respects the crime prevention hereafter juvenile from with specialty manpower reinforcement of police together the increase of budget absolutely is necessary.

최근 들어 청소년 범죄의 흉폭화․�지능화․�광역화․�저연령화 추세는 물론 반인륜적인 범죄를 자행하는 등 성인범죄와 유사한 범죄를 저지름으로 인해 우리 사회에 커다란 충격을 주고 있다.
본 연구는 청소년 범죄의 실태분석과 청소년 선도․�보호활동에 대해 고찰하고 이를 토대로 다음과 같이 정책적인 대안을 제시하고자 한다.
첫째,가정의 역할이 강화되어야 한다.무엇보다도 청소년들에 있어서 가정은 가장 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있음은 재론의 여지가 없다.
둘째,학교의 역할 증대이다.학교는 청소년들이 가정보다도 더 많은 시간을 보내는 장소이다. 이러한 점들을 감안하여 학교당국에서는 청소년 범죄를 예방하기 위해 학교당국과 선생님들의 참여가 필수적이다.
셋째,경찰의 활동 강화 및 인력․�예산 확충이다.경찰의 인력부족과 예산부족으로 인해 효과적인 순찰활동과 청소년 담당 전문경찰관이 전무한 게 오늘날의 현실이다. 향후 청소년 범죄의 예방을 위해서는 경찰의 전문인력 증원과 함께 예산의 증액이 절대적으로 필요하다.
