Andreas Weber stresses the creative aspect in every expression of life that is also relevant to the ecological economics as Natural capital. We have to take living organisms not as a bunch of individuals who compete with each other and are basically atoms, but we have to see life as connected and mixed up from the beginning, and that on a certain level it is impossible to separate individuals from each other as public-common Life value. It came to his head when He was swimming in a lake nearby his home, a short distance from Berlin. By the way, that lake looks a bit northern, similar to lakes in Estonia. In the water were other organisms - water is never just water, it always consists of many living organisms. He got the thought that we are always connected and that this connection is always poetically ecological - therefore the formulation of life politics. The matter of fact that we need nature not only for the ecosystems, but also for our psyche should motivate us to preserve and care it. We can only feel alive when we take part in life’s processes. They are not limited to human activity-there are others too like biosphere with which we are connected through our metabolism. The fact that we perceive this connection less and less is dangerous and we should care about nature' soul and beauty. Through that, we can protect life souls as public-common soul healing. In the context of ecological ethics, public-common is dialogue, getting together, and renew acting. Public-common situation respects difference and relationship. It aims at common-construction of diversity and multi-pluralism by the life, for the life, and with the life. It makes public togetherness of soul healing. Andreas Weber stresses public-common life value. It contains to contribute ecological ethical education such as public-common reason00 for moral motivation, public-common emotion for moral sensibility, public-common spirituality for moral identity.

안드레아스 베버는 에스토니아를 즐겨 여행한 생태경제 윤리학자이다. 그는 생태경제사상에 공공의 생명가치를 부각시켜 생태윤리 쟁점을 논하면서, 공공경제라는 말을 즐겨 사용하였다. 환경의 적으로 여겨졌던 경제의 ‘자본’ 개념을 차용하여 ‘자연자본’으로 표현하였다. 아울러 경제와 자연의 공공관계를 설정하여 미래사회의 공공경제 건설을 표방한다. 그는 ‘경제는 결코 자연의 적이 아니다’라는 말로서 공공의 생태윤리 가치를 부각시킨다. 경제적인 생태계의 작은 단위들의 자율과 그 생태계의 안전하고 지속적인 생존에 필수적인 순환의 사이에서 일어나는 상호작용은 우리를 ‘좋은 경제를 위한 십계명’으로 이끈다. ‘냉혹한 시장주의’와 ‘감성적 생태주의’에서 자유롭지 못한 가운데서 안드레아스 베버는 이를 공공으로 매개하고 살리는 가운데 양 극단을 벗어날 수 있는 공공성을 모색하였다. 도덕적 동기화와 상관 연동되어 있는 공공이성의 소통은 핵심자기의 자기생성을 출발점으로 삼는다. 도덕적 민감성을 살리기 위한 공공감성의 상통은 자기촉매의 생명자율에 토대를 두고 사적 생명과 공적 정치를 화해시킨다. 생태윤리에서 공공작용은 생명과 생명이 대화(對話)하고․함께하고․영혼치유를 통해 새롭게 되는 작용을 말한다. 도덕적 정체성에서 차이와 관계를 중시한다. 이는 차이성․다양성․다원성을 전제로 생명에 의한․생명을 위한․생명을 살리면서 생태적 공공세계를 지향한다. 그것은 생명이 함께․서로․치우침 없이 행복해지는 공공세계를 창조해간다. 안드레아스 베버는 이러한 공공세계 구축에서 영혼치유의 가치를 공공의 생명가치로 강조한다. 이는 윤리교육 현장에서 공공이성의 소통, 공공감성의 상통, 공공영성의 소통을 부각시켜 도덕적 동기화, 민감성, 정체성을 높일 수 있다.
