This paper consideres Humanism Education in Sogang University of Team Teaching Program through “Philosophical Anthropology”. In the process, this paper analyzes the concept of Buber and Kant's educational aspects. According to BuBer, in educating for students, the concept of ‘teacher and student’ is similar to ‘I-Thou’, not ‘I-It’. That is they are ‘interacting’ in the studying at the class. For the more interaction, teachers are based on ‘Humanism Education’ to take care of student and process the syllabus. And then, for Kant said ‘Human is the only creation that must educate or educated one.’ On his point of view, human being is important for other thing and other than one. Because human being by educating is more moral being other one. So education of Kant is ‘Practical Perspectives.’ In Sogang University of Team Teaching Program through “Philosophical Anthropology” try to linking Buber and Kant’s. And they try to linking humanism education, their syllabus and their ordinary life for students.

본 논고는 2011년도 서강대학교에서 시행하고 있는 중핵교양강좌인 [철학적 인간학] 수업에 대한 팀티칭 교수법과 관련한 분석이다. 철학적 인간학 강좌는 ‘인간과 신앙’ 영역에 해당하는 교과목으로 2011년 이전까지는 기존 수업에서 평이하게 볼 수 있는 교수자 중심의 교수법으로 수업이 이루어진데 반해, 2011년 1학기를 기점으로 교양과목 및 교양학부 교과목에 교수법 연구회를 중심으로 [팀티칭 교수법]으로 수업이 진행되고 있는 교과목이다. 그 중에서도 철학적 인간학 수업이 추구하는 팀티칭 교수법의 근저에는 철학적 인간학이 추구하는 ‘인간 중심주의’에 기반을 둔 인간주의 교육관을 바탕으로 한 ‘팀티칭 교수법’ 으로 인문 교양강좌에 대한 수강생들의 동기 부여에 그 목적을 두고 있다.
