- Since 10 years have passed after self-supporting programs's Introduction, It is important to assess self-supporting programs's problems and outcome for the self-supporting and independence of the low-income group in Gyeongju.
The purpose of this study is to search self-supporting programs's current status and problems in Gyeongju and to analyze survey on the low-income group in Gyeongju. and then to suggest tasks to improve self-supporting programs On this point, this study focuses on self-consciousness of the person directly involved, Solidarity of Commnity, Government's support and institutional reform to improve self-supporting programs. Only after these three factor's balance, We can accomplish a great deal in self-supporting programs.
