This purpose of this experiment is on finding out the relationship between the business attitude and the quality of service according to the level of security workers' ethical consciousness. 450 survey sheets were distributed, and 38 of them that have not been recollected, reluctantly answered, or showed extreme opinion were excluded, thus a total of 412 sheets were confirmed valid. Analysis of the information are as follows - Exploratory Data Analysis, Reliability Analysis, t-test, Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Path Analysis - through which this experiment acquired following results. Firstly, after analysing the relationship between the level of ethical consciousness and the business attitude, it showed relationship on the devotion to organisation and showed negative (-) effect on the wish for re-searching job Among other variables except Personal ethics Secondly, after analysing the relationship between the level of ethical consciousness and the quality of service, the ethical act in the organisation showed positive (+) effect on the level of the quantity of service support, however, it showed negative effect (-) on the customer service. Individual ethical consciousness showed negative (-) effect on the support of service, and showed negative (-) effect on customer service. Thirdly, after analysing the relationship between the business attitude and the quality of service, the devotion to organisation showed positive (+) effect on the support of service, however, it showed negative (-) effect on the customer service. Wish for re-searching job showed negative (-) effect on the quality of service support, however, it showed positive (+) effect on customer service. Fourthly, as an independent variable, the level of ethical consciousness showed positive (+) effect on the devotion to organisation and showed negative (-) effect on the wish for re-searching job. Also, it showed positive (+) effect on the quality of service support. and showed negative (-) effect on customer service. Ethical business tension showed positive (+) effect on the devotion to organisation at the same time showed positive (+) effect on the wish for re-searching job.

이 연구는 경비업 관련 직무 종사자의 직업 윤리의식 수준에 따른 직무태도 및 서비스 품질의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 대상은 서울에 소재하고 있는 경비업체 8개 업체 450명을 대상으로 유층집락 무선표집법을 사용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 배포된 설문지는 총 450부이며, 최종 유효 표본은 총 412부로 확정하였다. 자료의 분석은 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory data analysis), 신뢰도분석(reliability analysis), t-test, 상관관계분석(correlation analysis), 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 통하여 본 연구에서 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 윤리의식 수준과 직무태도간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 조직몰입에는 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 이직의사에는 개인의 윤리관을 제외한 다른 변인들간 부적(-)상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 윤리의식 수준과 서비스 품질 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 윤리의식 수준과 서비스 품질과의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 조직윤리행동은 질적인 서비스제공 수준에서 정적(+)으로 상관관계가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 고객중심 서비스에는 부적(-)으로 상관관계가 매우 높게 나타났다. 개인의 윤리관은 질적인 서비스제공 수준에서 부적(-)으로 상관관계가 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 고객중심 서비스에는 부적(-)으로 상관관계가 매우 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 직무태도와 서비스 품질과의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 조직몰입은 질적인 서비스제공에 정적(+)으로 상관관계가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 고객중심 서비스에서 부적(-)으로 상관관계가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이직의사는 질적인 서비스제공에서 부적(-)으로 상관관계가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 고객중심 서비스에는 정적(+)으로 상관관계가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 독립변수인 윤리의식 수준의 조직윤리행동은 직무태도의 조직몰입에 정적(+)으로 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 이직의도에는 부적(-)으로 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 그리고 서비스 품질의 질적인 서비스제공에 정적(+)으로 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 고객중심 서비스에 부적(-)으로 직접적인 영향을 미친다.
