This paper aims to study an ethical educational program of anti-bias toward students in multi-cultural families. The makeup of the Korean population that has been called a homogenous nation is gradually becoming multi-cultural along with an increase in the ratio of foreigners residing in Korea amidst the trend of globalization. In this trend, discrimination and bias against students in multi-cultural families have caused those students to become emotionally sensitive with some negative results such as psychological cowering and a loss of self-confidence, and this has presented problems in schools and society in the form of absence from school without leave, leaving home, and violence. In order to solve these problems, school education needs to perform an education in admitting cultural diversity, an education in respecting and considering others, and an anti-bias education leading to a decrease in bias against people in different cultures from mine. However, such a multi-cultural education has been very few.
So as to perceive problems in school education for students in multi-cultural families, and to reduce any bias against them, it is to design an applicable program in the ethical curriculum class. With this aim, first, the study looked at the need for anti-bias education in the ethical curriculum as well as problems in school education for students in multi-cultural families, and proposed the contents of an ethical educational program in anti-bias and actual teaching and

이 논문의 목적은 다문화 가정의 학생에 대한 반(反)편견 도덕교육 프로그램을 연구하는데 있다. 세계화의 흐름 속에서 단일민족이라 일컬어지던 우리나라의 인구 구성도 국내에 거주하는 외국인들의 비율이 증가함에 따라 점차 다문화 되어가고 있다. 이러한 추세 속에서 다문화 가정의 학생들에 대한 차별과 편견으로 정서적으로 민감한 학생들에게 심리적 위축감과 자신감 상실 등의 좋지 않은 결과를 초래하여 무단결석, 가출, 폭력 등의 학교 및 사회 문제가 대두되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 학교 교육에서는 문화의 다양성을 인정하는 교육과 타인을 존중하는 배려 교육 그리고 나와 다른 문화와 사람에 대한 편견을 갖지 않는 반(反)편견 도덕교육이 실시되어야 한다. 하지만 학교에서의 이러한 다문화 교육은 매우 미흡한 상태이다.
이와 같은 다문화 가정의 학생에 대한 학교교육의 문제점을 인식하고 그들에 대한 편견을 감소시키기 위하여 도덕 교과 시간에 적용할 수 있는 프로그램을 구안하였다. 이를 위해 먼저, 다문화 가정의 학생에 대한 반(反)편견 가치교육의 필요성과 목표를 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 반(反)편견 가치교육 프로그램의 내용과 실제 교수․학습 지도 방법을 제시하였다.
