Regional university educated students for the increase of license acquisition to meet industry needs and improve regional competitiveness.
The purpose of this study was to identify the overall and preparation status of license acquisition of university students in order to develop human resources and promote university student employment. This study investigated the status of license acquisition and status of preparing for license acquisition. Also, this study analyzed the recognition difference of regional university students between license acquisition and the preparation
for acquiring that license.
The results of the research show university students in Busan responded that their acquired license had little correlation with major and university education, and recognized moderate influence on employment and income.
However, university students who plan to acquire a license in the future recognized their license will have a moderate correlation with major and university education, and recognized a high influence on employment and income.
In conclusion, university students should strengthen career development competency by the acquisition of a license. Universities need to construct job supporting systems and make educational curriculum based on industry needs. Industry and national policy need to evolve for the development of regional human resources.

인력을 양성하고 공급하는 지역대학은 대학생에게 자격증 취득확대를 위한 교육을 실시함으로써 해당 산업체의 요구에 부응하며, 지역경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
이에 본 연구에서는 부산지역 대학생의 자격증 취득 실태와 취득준비 실태를 파악하여 부산지역의 인적자원개발과 취업 활성화를 도모하고자 하였다.
연구결과, 부산지역 대학생들은 이미 취득한 자격증에 대한 대학교육의 도움이나 전공관련성이 낮다고 하였으며, 향후 자신의 취업이나 소득에 보통 정도의 영향을 미칠 것이라 인식하고 있었다. 반면, 현재 준비 중인 자격증에 대해서는 대학교육의 도움이나 전공관련성을 보통정도로 인식하고 있으며, 자신의 취업이나 소득에 영향을 많이 미칠 것이라 기대하고 있었다.
지역인적자원개발의 차원에서 대학생의 자격취득을 통해 그들의 진로개발역량을 강화하고 이후 취업에까지 연계할 수 있도록, 대학은 지역사회의 현실을 반영한 실제적인 교육과정 운영 및 체계적인 지원시스템을 구축해야 할 것이며, 산업체 및 국가적 차원에서도 정책적인 지원이 적극 이루어져야 할 것이다.
