Information and communication brings us some degree of convenient but also serious side effects. Especially, information and communication ethics is an important issue for elementary school children who are early stage in moral value. This paper proposes a triple-connected teaching and learning model. which can be applied to the elementary school children. in order to improve the educational level. The model is formed by selecting three discretionary teaching models, and applying independently them into the different classes with linking the contents for each class. A teacher can choose the teaching models based on what he wants to teach. Caring model, Home-Connected model and Simulation modell were linked in our experiment. Experiments were conducted in the same condition but different learning models, Then, an educational effect was compared and analyzed in the educational level improvement point of view, between the Triple-connected teaching and learning model and the single teaching and learning model.

정보통신은 편리하기도 하지만 일면 심각한 부작용이 존재한다. 특히, 가치관이 정립되지 못한 초등학생들의 정보통신윤리 확립은 매우 중요한 과제라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 학생들이 가장 일반적으로 접하고 있는 대표적 방법인 수업을 통해 초등 정보통신윤리 교육수준을 제고하고자 3중 연계교수학습모형을 제안한다. 3중 연계교수학습모형은 임의의 수업모형 3가지를 선택하여 차시별로 내용을 연계하여 각각의 수업시간에 독립적으로 적용하는 형태이다. 수업모형 3가지는 수업자가 전달하고자 하는 내용에 맞게 선택가능한 형태이다. 본 실험에서는 배려모형, 가정연계모형, 가상체험모형을 연계하였다. 실험은 동일한 조건속에서 적용되는 모형을 달리하여 실행한다. 정보통신윤리 수준 제고에 미치는 교육적 효과를 비교 분석하여 3중 연계교수학습모형이 단일 교수학습모형에 비하여 학생들의 정보통신윤리 함양 및 실천능력을 신장시키는데 유의미한 효과가 있음을 보이고 있다.
