The purpose of this article is to analyze the sport industry policy in the law. The results are as follows; In policy organization of sport industry, the installation of sports industry department specializing in the sports industry is needed to enhance the efficiency. In the business jobs of sports facilities, the legal system activating of the resort-type sports facilities jobs and the sports facilities rent jobs is required, because in the 21st century era, recreational, resort-type sports facilities to enable rest ares popular. Particularly in the business jobs of sporting goods, beacuse the sports equipment, shoes and clothing are accompanied at least if you play sports, the legal system to enable corresponding growth of these jobs is required. In the jobs of sports service, the sale jobs of vendors in membership made in reality, ​​but the legal system that can be activated these jobs virtually is required, and when the 5-day work and classes week take place across in future, to create the people's recreation and the added value of the jobs of sports service, the operating of legal system to promote the jobs of the sports tourism, the sports software development, the adventure-type natural sports is required.

이 연구는 법령상 스포츠산업정책을 분석함으로써 스포츠산업육성정책에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 정책조직에 있어서 체육진흥과에서 스포츠산업정책을 전문적으로 분장하는데 효율성이 저하될 우려가 있어 스포츠산업과의 존치가 필요하다. 스포츠시설운영업에 있어서 법운용이 없는 리조트형스포츠시설업 및 스포츠시설임대업을 활성화 할 수 있는 법제도적 장치가 요구된다. 왜냐하면 21세기 레져여가시대에 있어서 숙박할 수 있는 리조트형이 인기가 있기 때문이다. 스포츠용품업에 있어서 특히 스포츠활동을 하게 되면 반드시 용구와 신발 및 의류가 수반되는 만큼 적어도 이 영역만큼이라도 동반성장할 수 있는 법제도적 장치가 요구되는 것으로 사료된다. 스포츠서비스업에 있어서 회원권판매업은 현실에서 실질적으로 이루어지고 있으나 이를 활성화시킬 수 있는 법제도적 장치가 필요하며 앞으로 주5일제 근무 및 수업이 전면적으로 실시될 경우 국민들의 여가선용과 부가가치를 창출할 수 있도록 스포츠여행업, 스포츠소프트웨어개발업, 비시설교습업, 모험형자연스포츠업을 진흥시킬 수 있는 법운용이 요구된다.
