Environmental awareness has increased around the world. While the industrial growth of the world for the environment but does not consider the social costs have been only growing. However, the continued environmental destruction can not sustain the growth and development. For such an environment for sustainable growth and social costs should be considerate. In addition, entry into force of Kyoto Protocol on environmental issues due to the policies that were specific, the world in cooperation with tighter regulation of carbon dioxide and Freon gas is committed, etc. the world's major developed countries, starting from 2008 to 2012 period, the period Reductions in greenhouse gas emissions have been obliged to do. Kyoto Protocol, developed countries have signed the aggressive 'Green Growth', establish and enforce a variety of policy measures for promoting green growth has been taken。 Promoting green logistics of this study developed a comparative analysis of policies and practices, green growth of our country to realize the political implications of building a green logistics is to draw.

環境汚染に対する世界各国の認識が高まってきている。世界は産業成長する間環境に対する社会的費用を考慮せず、ひたすら成長だけを考えてきた。だが、継続的な環境破壊は成長発展も持続できない。このような持続成長のためには環境のための社会的費用を考慮しなければならない。また京都議定書の発効によって環境問題に対する具体的な政策を樹立せねばならず、世界各国は互いに協調して二酸化炭素及びフレオン-ガスの規制強化などに苦労している。世界の主要先進国らが2008年から2012年までの期間を手始めとして、その期間内に温室ガス排出量を削減しなければならない義務を負うようになった。京都議定書に署名した先進国らは積極的に「緑色成長戦略」を打ち立て行っており様々な緑色成長推進のために政策手段を講している。本研究では日本と先進国のグリーン物流推進政策事例を比較・分析して、低炭素緑色成長を実現するための我が国のグリーン物流構築に対する政策的示唆点を導出しようとする。
