The Purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationship among principal's integral leadership, teacher' commitment and school organizational effectiveness in Specialized Vocational High Schools. First, to confirm goodness of fit of the research model used in this study and to investigate the causal relationship among three variables, structural equation modeling analysis was used. Second, to investigate the correlation among principal's integral leadership, teacher' commitment and school organizational effectiveness, Pearson's correlation analysis was used. All data were processed by SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 7.0. The findings of this study were as follows. First, fit of the research model used in this study was confirmed very good. Second, there was significant correlation among principal's integral leadership, teacher' commitment and school or organizational effectiveness . Third, Principal's integral leadership has a greater influence on teacher' commitment than school organizational effectiveness. Fourth, Specialized Vocational High Schools principal's integral leadership directly affected school organizational effectiveness and had an indirect influence in school organizational effectiveness via teacher' commitment as well.

본 연구의 목적은 특성화 고등학교 교장의 통합적 지도성, 교사의 헌신도 및 학교조직 효과성의 관계를 구명하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 교사가 지각하는 교장의 통합적 지도성과 교사의 헌신도 및 학교조직 효과성 간의 상관관계를 구명하고자 Pearson의 상관계수를 분석하였으며, 세 변수간의 가설적 경로모형의 적합도 검증과 인과관계를 구명하기 위해 공분산 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 모든 자료는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 본 연구에 있어서 이론 모형의 적합도는 매우 양호하였다. 둘째, 세 변인간에는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 셋째, 특성화 고등학교 학교장의 통합적 지도성이 교사의 헌신도에 미치는 영향이 학교조직에 미치는 영향보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 특성화 고등학교 교장의 통합적 지도성은 학교조직 효과성에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 또한 교사의 헌신도를 통한 간접적인 영향도 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
