- This research is to prepare a direction of landscape management and landscape formation centered by Seorabeol Road, which was selected as the special landscape control district. For this research, the rudimentary way for the Gyeongsangbukdo’s landscape plan, which is the pre-suggested plan, and the landscape plan for the city of GyeongJu was considered in mind to set a basic way of the Seorabeol Road’s landscape plan. The field survey of the road was carried out with four different sections of the total length of the road which is about 9km. The landscape plan assignment for the practical purpose was suggested to each section of the road, while the landscape managing strategy was proposed to achieve the historical and symbolic characteristics of the Seorabeol Road.
