This research was considered　in the international company physical distribution activity which changes by international division of labor in Korea, Japan and between China. I got a suggestion point from 3 countries of grasp of the trade structure current state and case analysis of a SCM system according to the major industry in particular. As a result, an international physical distribution business activation casting plan in the Busan harbor back place was shown. 1st, 3 countries of international division of labor should build complementary relationship for cooperating quickly in the northeast Asia. 2nd, the establishment of an international physical distribution service center for which the back place by Busan New Port was used is important to build a Korean competition predominant foundation. The back place by Busan New Port is the main harbor between 3 countries, the most suitable place of the international physical distribution cluster building which cooperates. Therefore an international physical distribution business is activated for building 3 international physical distribution SCM systems focusing on Korean competition predominant industry.

本研究は韓国・日本・中国間の国際分業化によって変化する国際企業物流活動にいて検討した。特に3カ国の交易構造現状の把握、主要産業別SCM体系の事例分析から示唆点を得た。その結果、釜山港背後地の国際物流ビジネス活性化方案を提示した。第1に、3カ国の国際分業化は東北アジア地域の中で迅速に協力しながら補完関係を構築すべきである。第2に、韓国の競争優位基盤を構築するためには釜山新港の背後地を利用した国際物流サービスセンターの設置が緊要である。釜山新港の背後地は3カ国間の主要港湾を連携する国際物流クラスター構築の最適地である。したがって、韓国の競争優位産業を中心に3カ国の国際物流SCM体系を構築しながら国際物流ビジネスを活性化する。
