The result we've studied on the characteristic of Japanese neologisms creation using website text as follows. First, we could confirm that new type of neologisms appeared with the change of Japanese society and using neologisms reflect not only an amusement phenomenon but also social change. Second, there are also some cases that aspect of Japanese cultural change appears through neologisms, and in the background of this phenomenon, there seem to be psychological factors that Japanese younger generation intends to express the change of culture and environment through neologisms. Third, we could find out that the internet words and the creation of acronyms such as「KY type Japanese」also significantly increased at the time of rapid growth of using blogs and cell phones. Fourth, many ways of the creation of neologisms such as compound words, derivatives, abbreviation, verbalization are started with younger generation's desire for freedom through escape from speech code (meaning, usage, word formation, and etc.)

웹사이트 텍스트를 활용해 일본어 신조어 생성의 특징을 고찰한 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 일본 사회의 변화를 배경으로 새로운 형태의 신조어가 등장함을 확인할 수 있었는데, 신조어 사용은 단순히 유희적인 현상뿐만 아니라 사회적 변화가 반영되어 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있었다. (2) 일본문화 변화의 단면이 신조어를 통해서 나타나는 경우도 있었는데, 이러한 배경에는 일본 젊은이들이 신조어를 통해서 문화ㆍ환경의 변화를 표현하고자 한 심리적 요인이 있었다고 생각된다. (3) 블로그와 휴대폰 사용이 급격히 증가한 시기에는 인터넷 용어와 두문자 형태인 소위「KY式日本語」의 생성 또한 현저하게 증가하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. (4) 합성어ㆍ파생어ㆍ축약표현ㆍ형용사화ㆍ동사화 등 다양한 방식의 신조어 생성에는 젊은이들의 언어 규범(의미ㆍ용법ㆍ조어법 등)으로부터의 탈출을 통한 자유로움을 갈구하는 힘에서 비롯되고 있음을 알 수 있었다.
