The purpose of this study is to examine satisfaction and dissattisfaction at human relation between kindergarten teachers.
According to this purpose, issues of this study are as follows:
1. How are the human relationship of kindergarten teachers?
1 - 1. How are the human relationship between kindergarten teachers and a director of a kindergarten?
1-2. How are the human relationship between kindergarten teachers and a supervisor?
1 - 3. How are the human relationship between kindergarten peer teachers Participants were 10 teachers engaged in private kindergartens, which are located in Kyung Sang Nam Do. Individual in-depth interview was used as main research method. In addition, focus group interview was also conducted to reach a consensus among participants. Data includes 30 individual in-depth interviews, 2 focus group interviews, audio recordings and E -mail. Data were analyzed with the method of contents analysis. the participating teachers also reviewed the analyzed data in order to verify objectivity.
The findings are as follows
First, kindergarten teachers responded that the satisfactions at human relations with a director of a kindergarten were affected by the understanding of work, consideration and tolerance for all teachers, recognition of teachers ability and psychological supports.
Second, kindergarten teachers responded that the satisfactions at human relations with a supervisor were influenced highly when she did not consider teachers' pinion and enforced works one sidely because of the intervention failure between teahers and a director of a kindergarten
Third, kindergarten teachers responded that the satisfactions at human relations between peer teachers was influenced highly conceming the human relations between peer teachers when they did not cooperate for kindergarten works in events.

본 연구는 유치원 교사를 대상으로 인간관계에 관한 이야기를 직접적인 대화를 통해 교사의 목소리로 생생하게 담아내고， 교사들이 직접 현장에서 부딪히고 경험했던 인간관계에서 만족도가 어떠한지를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 경남지역의 사립 유치원에서 근무하고 있는 유치원 교사 10 명을 대상으로 연구 참여자 개인별로 심층개인면담 10 회와 핵심주제면담 1 회를 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 영역분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째 유치원 교사는 원장이 교사의 업무에 대한 이해도가 높거나 교사들에 대한 심리적인 지지가 높을 경우 원장과의 인간관계에서 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며 원장이 금전적인 문제를 해결해 주지 못하거나 다른 교사와 비교할 때는 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 유치원 교사는 원감이 서열과 지위를 내세우는 권위적인 역할이 아니라 교사들의 입장을 공감해주고 교사들과 원장과의 사이에서 적절한 조절해주는 역할을 해줄 때 원감과의 인간관계에서 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났고 원장과의 업무조절 실패로 무조건 교사에게 일을 강요하고 독단적으로 일을 처리 할 때 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째 동료교사들과 인간관계에서 동료교사들간에 합심하여 협력하고 서로 어려운 문제를 공유하고 고충을 이해해줄 때 동료교사들간에 서로 칭찬과 격려를 해줄 때 만족도가 높았으나 유치원 행사에 개인적인 일로 협조하지 않거나 공동업무를 소홀히 할 때 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교사들은 유치원에 대한 공동체 의식을 가지도록 노력하고 서로 우호적이고 신뢰할 수 있도록 합심해야하며 원장과 원감과 같은 관리자나 경영자는 유아교육운영에 있어 민주적이고 합리적인 의사결정을 해야 하며 개방적인 태도를 지녀야 할 것이다.
