- To develop the core technology for weapon system acquisition, it is necessary to analyze and apply the reasonable domestic development rate for end item of weapon systems acquired by defense research and development.
Therefore, in this paper we review the issues of domestic development rate in the commercial and defense side and suggest an alternative to calculate the domestic development rate for end item of weapon systems by using Work Breakdown Structure(WBS) and core technology evaluation.
