- After 20 years of the enforcement of the designated system of the first and second defense company, it had the merits of the prevention of dual investment and the concentration of technology development, and so on, but it had also the demerits of the prevention of penetration of new competitive company.
Here, the follow-up measures after the abrogation of the designated system of the first and second defense company are studies to make the best system of business limiting of enterprises by defense industry of Korea.
This paper suggested that the reasonable guideline and legal formalities in the system of business limiting of enterprises by defense industry.
