- This paper is to solve the technological collisions of detailed-technologies. Technological collisions cause defects and accidents. So, it is very important for R&D project teams to find out the causes and solve them. We also have to find them out before projects are launched. However most of the R&D project teams fail to do so.
R&D project teams mostly assume that technological modules of R&D project are free of technological errors. Most of the existing R&D project process models are designed with the error-free assumption. If the R&D projects are processed with this kind of assumption, the projects are highly likely to fail.
Therefore, before beginning the R&D project, we would design the setting 5stages on technological modules by using the process of 「Conjoint Analysi s」. Through these 5 stages, the accuracy of project completion can be raised up by screening unaccomplished modules.
