- The purpose of this study is to identify the internal structure of researchers' conflicts and to examine the relationship with research vitality.
According to literature survey and interview with researchers, we accomplished contents analysis for 24 conflict variables. In the basis of contents analysis, we identify the structure of conflicts. It is defined in this work that researchers' conflicts are consisted of a job-oriented conflict and a treatment-oriented conflict.
Furthermore, we examined the relationship with research vitality. In details, we analysed levels of research vitality classified by some status and vitality levels classified by conflict level.
