Creativity is a matter of concern for a long time and is not an object of management. While the recognition of creativity is changing, creativity is becoming more important and more organizational matter. Now the management of creativity is a major field of R&D management.
Otherwise, analysis of many literature shows that little concerns have been paid for management system of idea in spite of the relatively high perception of the importance of idea itself in every industrial organization.
Therefore, primary objective of this study is to propose a conceptual structure of the「ldea Management System:「IMS」. Here, some methods of the systems design are mainly used for construction「IMS」.
This rIMS J is consisted of four stages according to the flow by use of systems approach and conceptual design framework for each stage is proposed. The Proposed rIMSJ consists of four sub-systems: such as「ldea Generation System: IGS」,「ldea Storage System: ISS」,「ldea Evaluation System: IES」,「ldea Operation System: IOS」.
