The concept of administration plays an important role in administrative science.
Presuming the separation of power, the distinction of the administration and the legislation, the administration and the judicature is important. And the concept of administration as a starting point, and as a decision of range of administrative law, and as a distinction of public law and private law, and as the criteria of deregulation, and as a distinction of the administrative
litigation and the civil suit are the important points. Therefore the never-ending endeavor to the concept of administration is required.
And this pursuit of the concept of administration is necessarily required of interdisciplinary method. To search for the concept of administration, the dialogue of the administrative law and the public administration is essential. Supposing the study of the concept of administration is pursued continuously, the concept of administration plays an important role as a compass in administrative law and the right phase of adminisrtative law is constructed.
