This research aims to understand the cognizance, attitude and behavior of sexual minority. 129 people(94 male, 35 female) have answered to the questionnaire for this research and the results are as follows. First of all, sexual attitude and behavior didn't show difference between the genders but cognizance did. The rate of bisexual in female respondents were higher than that in male respondents. Second of all, in many categories of the questionnaire, different age groups showed different results. I would like to give a proposal according to the result of this research. Firstly, more care for sexual minority group and a change of paradigm through which we see them are necessary. Secondly, enneagram data should be acquired for sexual minority groups. Thirdly, a systematic measure needs to be taken to prevent the discrimination and promote the rights of sexual minority. Fourthly, various counseling and welfare programs for sexual minority needs to be developed. Fifthly, training of the counselors specializing in sexual minority is necessary. Sixthly, I would like to propose follow-up researches such as a qualitative research including various types of sexual minorities and a comparative study on homosexual and heterosexual people.

본 연구는 성소수자 129명(남 94, 여 35)을 대상으로 성소수자들이 성에 관하여 어떠한 인식·태도·행동을 보이는지 그 실태를 파악하고자 하는데 목적을 둔다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별로 본 성인식·성태도·성행동은 성인식을 제외하고는 차이가 드러나지 않았다. 여성의 경우 남성에 비해 양성애 성향이 높게 나왔다. 둘째, 연령별로 본 성인식·성태도·성행동은 범주별 차이가 명확하게 드러났다. 본 연구를 통해서 얻어진 결론을 바탕으로 제언을 하고자 한다. 첫째, 성소수자들에 대하여 관심과 바라보는 패러다임의 변화가 필요하다. 둘째, 에니어그램을 통한 소수자들에 대한 데이터의 확보도 필요하다. 셋째, 성소수자들에 대한 차별 금지와 인권 향상을 위한 제도적 장치가 필요하다. 넷째, 성소수자들을 위한 다양한 상담 복지 프로그램이 개발되어야 한다. 다섯째, 성소수자들을 위한 전문 상담사 양성이 필요하다. 여섯째, 다음 후속 연구로 질적 연구를 통한 다양한 성소수자들을 포함한 연구와 이성애자와 성소수자간의 비교 연구를 제안한다.
