The purpose of this research is to develop a consulting model reflective practical arts instruction to change practical arts of preservice-teachers in a self-directed developmental viewpoint. The content of this research for realizing this purpose is first to develop an initial model based on a review of literature. Second, in order to verify feasibility of the initial model, the second is to deduce its implications through case studies after applying the model actually. Third, the third is to develop practical arts instruction's consulting models and manuals reflecting a reflective thinking process by reflecting case study results. Literature analysis and case study were used as a research method. Characteristics of finally developed reflective practical arts instruction models for preservice-teachers are as follows. First, its stage was divided into a preparation stage, diagnosis stage, reflective implementation stage and evaluation stage. Second, its execution stage was divided into a diagnosis stage and reflective implementation stage. In this stage, a preservice-teacher diagnoses a problem based on the first class result executed respectively, extracts consulting elements through a reflective self-evaluation opportunity and executes the second class based on the consulting content. The process of class execution and consulting is(becomes) for making a preservice-teacher repeat until his or her self-belief on practical arts class is formed. Third, the start of consulting is not to start from diagnosis of problems, but after the class capable of diagnosing problems was first executed, it was designed as a process diagnosing problems on one's own class and extracting consulting elements based on the results. Fourth, it was designed that the class consulting process can be continuously progress in the frequency of 1+n until a preservice-teacher has positive belief on one's own class instead of making the class consulting process complete at one time.

이 연구의 목적은 예비교사의 실과 수업 능력을 자기주도적인 발달적 관점에서 변화시키기 위해 반성적 실과 수업 컨설팅 모형을 개발하는데 있다. 이 목적을 실현하기 위한 연구의 내용은 첫째, 문헌 고찰을 토대로 초기 모형을 개발한다. 둘째, 초기 모형의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 그 모형을 실제 적용한 후 사례 분석을 하여 시사점을 도출한다. 셋째, 사례 분석 결과를 반영하여 반성적 사고 과정을 반영한 실과 수업 컨설팅 모형과 매뉴얼을 개발하였다. 이 모형의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 단계를 준비 단계, 문제 진단 단계, 반성적 실행 단계, 평가 단계로 구분하였다. 둘째, 실행단계를 문제 진단 단계와 반성적 실행 단계로 구분하였다. 이 단계에서는 예비교사가 각자 실행한 1차 수업 결과를 토대로 문제를 진단하고 컨설팅 요소를 반성적 자기 평가 기회를 통해 추출하고 컨설팅 내용을 토대로 2차 수업을 실행한다. 수업 실행과 컨설팅의 과정은 예비교사가 실과 수업에 대한 자기 신념이 형성될 때까지 반복시키기 위한 것이다. 된다. 셋째, 컨설팅의 출발이 문제의 진단에서 시작하는 것이 아니라 문제를 진단할 수 있는 수업을 일차 실시하고 그 결과를 토대로 자신의 수업에 대한 문제를 진단하고 컨설팅 요소를 추출하는 과정으로 설계하였다. 넷째, 수업 컨설팅 과정이 일회적으로 끝나는 것이 아니라 예비교사가 자신의 수업에 대해서 긍정적인 신념을 가질 때까지 지속적으로 즉, 1+n의 횟수로 진행될 수 있게 설계하였다.
