The oral preaching is the base and tradition of the christian preaching. Nevertheless, it is very important to accept the experimental preaching, because the information society has changed the society, the human and the communication channel, the Korean church has been depressed and the Korean Church has so many various occasions of worship and preaching. The oral preaching would reduce the church, if it holds fast it"fs view to use the fixed form of the preaching without considering the changed situation, human and the diversity of the communication.
The experimental preaching means that under condition of the biblical preaching, it tries the three-dimensional of the preaching through union between preaching and the various genres to communicate the message very effective. There are so many grounds of the experimental preaching in the bible. The fact gives the theological ground, that the fixed form of preaching involves the danger of the idolization, and that there is no one without Jesus Christ is whom the massage and the medium are one. The experimental preaching has been tried constantly since the Renaissance.
There are so many experimental preachings and the creative human will develop various patterns of the experimental preaching; it has, however many weak points in itself, so that the preacher should approach the experimental preaching considering this problems. The basic function of this preaching is to help the oral preaching.

구연설교는 기독교 설교의 기본이자 양보할 수 없는 전통이다. 그럼에도 특수설교에 대해 관심을 기울여야 하는 것은 변화된 사회와 인간 그리고 변화된 커뮤니케이션 통로 때문이다. 지금까지 한국 교회는 다양한 예배와 설교의 기회가 있었음에도 단지 연역적 구연설교만을 고집해 왔다. 하지만, 변화된 상황과 의사소통 구조에 민감하지 못한다면 교회는 점점 현대인들로부터 외면당하게 될 것이다. 특수설교란 성서적 메시지라는 전제하에 다양한 장르를 설교와 접맥시켜 전달 효과를 높이려는 설교를 말한다. 이런 시도가 정당한 것은 성경 자체가 고정된 어떤 특정한 형식을 거부하기 때문이다. 매체와 메시지가 한 인격 안에서 일치하고 고정되는 것은 예수 그리스도가 유일하다. 따라서 낯설다는 이유로 낯익은 특정한 방법만을 절대시한다면 그것은 우상화의 위험을 가져오는 것이다. 특수설교의 전제는 매체가 메시지의 시녀 기능을 수행해야 한다는 것이다. 특히 보이지 않는 기독교의 진리를 매체를 통해 가시화시켜주는 것은 진리를 왜곡시킬 수 있는 위험이 있기 때문에 매체를 이용한 특수설교는 그만큼 신중해야 한다. 그럼에도 변화된 사회와 의사전달구조를 염두에 둔다면 특수설교는 긍정적으로 수용되어야 한다.
