Completed research relating to a performance evaluation of organization, has been limited so far. In today’ strong competitive business environment, organizations need to be agile and flexible. Therefore, availability of the right information at the right time based on performance evaluations has become critical (Banker et al., 2004). It is essential to improve the management and planning of a firms service based on performance evaluations, because “hat you measure is what you get”(Abran and Buglione, 2001). Performance evaluation yields information about a chosen subject (Kaplan and Norton., 1992). Therefore, performance evaluation in Organization is crucial. However, almost all previous research focused on cultivating methods of organization.
There are few detailed evaluation methods for assessing Organization. There are some framework assessments for organization, but they do not provide strategic directions for overcoming weak points and making a successful organization after a performance evaluation. For these reasons, we identified not only the need for holistic and systematic methods for understanding and assessing the current position of Organization but also the need for extracting core strategies and CSF (Critical Success Factor)s of Organization based on performance evaluation.
Our research aims to indentify a critical strategy for improving the performance of organization based on evaluating its performance. The detailed contributions of this paper are as follows: First, this research delivered holistic, logical, and comprehensive CSFs and PMs for cultivating Organizations. Second, alternatives are more accurately compared by applying the presented methodology. It can help leaders and organizers to build organizations systematically.
