This study aims to analyze how much the current aged income maintenance policy would satisfied for the small church pastor.
As a result, psychological stability of small church pastor for the aged income maintenance is influenced by the national pension membership existence and nonexistence, the pastor"fs pension membership existence and nonexistence and level, church supply level, succession to property existence and nonexistence, the numeral of child, pastor"fs physical condition, the month average income.
As result as the study, total income is not the responsibility of each individual or each church, denominations of dependent churches.
Second, present ministerial pension system should be improved and changed as follows. Currently, in most denomination, churches and pastors should cover the pension denomnations as well as churches and pastors should cover the pension expense.
Third, institutional and conscious changes for national pension system are needed.

본 연구는 노후소득보장제도가 소형교회 목회자의 심리적 안정감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 소형교회 목회자의 경우 국민연금 수급 여부, 목회자연금 수급 여부 및 수급액 수준, 교회의 지원 금액, 개인 유산상속 소득여부, 월 평균 소득액, 소득액 만족 정도에 의하여 심리적 안정감에 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 성직자로서 영적인 생활을 추구하는 목회자의 노후생활에도 경제적 여건이 매우 중요함을 보여주고 있으며, 이를 위한 제도적 방법으로 첫째, 소형교회 목회자의 재정 안정을 위하여 교회 및 지
방회(노회) 차원의 자매결연이나 최저생계비제도 등을 마련해야 한다. 둘째, 각 교단이 시행중인 현행 목회자연금제도에 대한 개선과 변화가 필요하다. 셋째, 국민연금과 개인연금에 대한 제도적 변화와 인식의 변화가 필요하다.
