In addition to the function of the landscape for the joyful leisure, its primary and basic to the residents in the urban area is to keep fundamental life of the human sustainable and its quality improved, leading to the philosophical and higher quality of life. Especially, the urban planning in term of the comfort of the residents is becoming popular due to the following reasons : 1) increased interests of the local residents in the urban area on the living environment more comfortable and sustainable. 2) the preference of the life the public enjoying the culture and art rather than simple life seeking the earning of money itself. Therefore, the officials in charge of the administration of the urban city should improve the urban landscape and provide the benefits to the public residents in the urban area through the planning of urban city. Specifically, the effects of structural components of the urban landscape such as the roadside trees, electrical poles, commercial advertisement, and building office, etc, on the formation of a roadside landscape were quantitively evaluated and its result can be applied to the Korean urban area, if the well organized arrangement and polishing of the structural components of the urban landscape are to be accomplished.
