- The purpose of this study is to improve the cultual and civic qualities of young children through : (1) education on the cultural heritage in Gyeongju, (2) education on etiquette, (3) education on socialization, (4) Multi-cultural education, (5) education on anti-prejudice, (6) education on peace. For the effective achievement of this purpose, Gyeongju City Hall must give the financial support to such projects on the improvement of cultural and civic qualities of young children as follow; (1) developing education program for young children (2) reinforcing practical education for young children (3) establishing learning centers for young children. In conclusion, for the education of young children it is necessary that Gyeongju government give deep consideration and provide financial funding for the improvement of cultural and civic qualities.
