- During the period of decentralization and innovation, RIS(Regional Innovation System) is needed for a region to build its own Innovation System in order to gain competitive power. It would be possible for a region to continue to seek sustainable growth only if it can come up with new information constantly by helping to create and spread its own project planning ability and drive ability innovation. Above all, as an innovator, coordinator, facilitator and linker, RIC(Reginal Innovation Council) in Kyeong-ju should build up its internal capacity. In order to improve efficiency of running the Innovation Council we should also hurry to construct the infrastructure, such as build up of office work. and By activating the support system of Section Council, we should lay the groundwork for the task - the spread of innovation atmosphere in the region and the buildup of the capacity in the regional innovation council. We should make constant efforts to make Keyong-ju unique by learning and educating incessant innovation as well as strengthening promotions.
