- The purpose of this research is to analyze the rationality of the location policy making in three national important affaires those were all planned in Gyeongju. We can find the interesting facts in this paper that the economic rationality and political rationality on location policy making for the radioactive waste disposal facilities and proton based engineering facilities were high, but the economic rationality and political rationality on the location policy making for headquarters of Korean Water and Atomic Energy Company was low. Therefore I suggested that policy making about the location for the headquarters of Korean Water and Atomic Energy Company would like to be decided again in future.
