The purpose of this study is to make clear Supervisory Support Remedy of supervisory administrative Agency based on the recognition of autonomous supervisory practice of the person in charge of supervision through case study of school autonomous supervision in High School.
For this purpose, I run parallel with written data analysis and in-depth interview. The interview was carried out informal interview three times with informers standing on the non-structuralized descriptive questionnaire from April 20, 2008 to January 20, 2009. The findings of this research are as follows: Firstly, although they responded differently to instructional supervision according to school respectively, Because Teachers may be stressed and feel burdened over instructional supervision, Beginning teachers and teachers transferred another school would take this supervision into their own hands. Secondly, Self-directed development supervision will be suitable for competent teachers, but on the other hand, it is no trouble to do. Third, Cooperative professional development is valued highly to improve teachers' curricular lesson according to
preceding research, but teachers were unwilling to be observed their teaching from co-teachers if they weren't in good rapport. Lastly, I analyzed that Administrative monitoring was imposed on the teachers but may be positive side so that teachers concentrated on teaching course through it. With current point, It is very important to have principal in mind so that in-school supervisory activity is now recognized as a precious course to expansion of teachers' expertise.

본 연구의 목적은 일반계 고등학교에서 학교별로 실행되고 있는 교내 자율장학 실제에 대한 장학담당자들의 인식을 질적 연구 방법으로 밝혀 교육행정 기관의 장학 지원 개선 방안을 탐구하고자 한다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 문서자료 분석과 연구 대상자들과의 심층면접을 병행하였다. 심층면접은 연구 대상자들을 중심으로 2008년 4월에서 2009년 1월 중순까지 각 3회씩비 구조화된 서술형 설문을 바탕으로 비공식적 심층면접을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 수업장학은 학교 내 기존 교사들이 부담스러워하는 장학으로 학교문화에 익숙하지 못한 전입교사나 신임교사들에게 맡겼다. 둘째, 자기장학은 유능한 교사에게 적합한 장학이지만, 대충 넘어가는 장학형태로 인식되고 있다. 장학행정의 개선 방안으로 첫째, 교육과학기술부는 단위학교에 수석교사를 두어 교과의 수업 질 개선을 위해 실질적인 권한 부여를 해야 한다. 둘째, 시․도교육청 장학구조가 일반업무를 담당하는 장학사와 교사 수업 질 개선을 전담하는 장학요원으로 이원화되어야 한다. 셋째, 교내 자율장학 방법의 다양화를 위한 행․재정적 지원을 해야 한다.
