The objective of this paper is to provide alternatives of Gwangyang container terminal followed by the call of very large container ship. According to the container vessel is growing bigger to whole world, Gwangyang Port need the confrontation plan. We reviewed alternatives including the stevedoring system and the operation system in Gwangyang container terminal.
In order to select the feasible alternatives, we performed an expert interview. We analyzed the investment cost and the technology sequence of alternatives that is measured by integrating survey results and interview results. From the results, we provided the priority order about seven alternatives of stevedoring system and six alternatives of operation system. We knew that we needed the thing to apply the alternative with low cost and high efficiency by the stage.

본 연구는 초대형 컨테이너선의 기항에 따른 광양항 컨테이너터미널의 대응방안을 제안하는 것이다. 전세계적으로 컨테이너선이 커짐에 따라 광양항은 대응방안을 준비하는 것이 필요하다. 광양항 컨테이너터미널의 하역시스템과 운영시스템을 포함한 대안을 검토하였다.
적합한 대안을 선택하기 위해 전문가 인터뷰를 하였으며, 자료조사 결과와 인터뷰 결과를 통합하여 대안의 투자비용과 기술순서를 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따라 7개의 하역시스템 대안과 6개의 운영시스템 대안에 대한 우선순위를 제안하였다. 결과적으로 저비용 및 고효율의 대안을 단계적으로 적용하는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
