Various communities of the real world are realized in the virtual space through the increasing diffusion rate of the internet and rapid increase of its users from the acceleration of informationization. The strength of the virtual communities as a social network has its growing influence on the whole areas of our society such as knowledge sharing and knowledge creation as well as politics, economy and culture. Because of competition between the online community service providers, users can choose suitable service for their needs. It's easy for users to make online communities and it's also easy to join and secede, therefore many communities are being created at the same time closed or remained without update. In other words, the online use of information on the internet occurs with variety of forms. This study analyzes the use of information on the internet concentrating on the proper function and the reverse function of information in production, distribution and consumption of information. The study tries to focus on information distribution process through the variety of recent examples that appears in the internet communities. The goal of the study is to forecast social change by showing how the information diffusion and the distribution channel are changing in the new internet environment. The process of information production and distribution process are measured according to each area, and path analysis is applied to the diffusion of internet information.
