The problems of elementary educational facilities have made new issues in city. That was caused by high-density educational facilities as built apartment housing complex through Housing Redevelopment and Residential Land Development project and caused by low-density educational facilities as reduced children of school age through low-parturition. So, it is necessary that we make reasonable solutions for practical and efficient use of facilities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present Basic Data for practical and efficient use when the problems occurred by alteration of children of school age. The cases of this study were limited as elementary educational facilities in Dae-Gu and the study proceeded by field survey and research of a drawing.
