Study of university graduation employment difficulty and the directivity of Japan investigation Choi, Sung-Baig youth unemployment problem Japan is becoming the social issue. The collapse after that employment environment of bubble economy changes but on a large scale and with past to be different specially is the actual condition where the unemployment problem of the university graduate is serious. Until now new university graduation employment the carrier process which rears the manager of above the employment which is long-term and nucleus was general. and The new graduation employment of the enterprise is decreasing but recently the employment difficulty of the university graduate will more be deepened in future with the fact that. When like this considers the actual condition of the university graduate, in order reducing the unemployment of university graduation after that from after university graduating the education which promotes the career advancement importantly what, is thought. When says again and the practical characteristic of job experience education is more important what from the university which is a higher education agency. To search the background which is social brings about the worse-case the youth employment situation of Japan from the present paper, as the higher education agency the university in the society of the student role and university graduate employment situation in advance, The employment tube of the college student, improvement possibly will do about etc. analyze employment conscious etc. with we currently become instruction in the youth unemployment problem which is undergoing.
