It is important for regional comparative analysis about Young man unemployment and total unemployment rate to a policy data of Central and Local Government. Through the result of comparative analysis, Central and Local Government can use policies distinctively according to the region and keep the efficiency of detail policy application. This paper shows the relative ratio between Young man unemployment and total unemployment in 16 cities and provinces and extends to whole Metropolitan city and Province. We used the survey of Economically active population for 9 years(2000～2008). Also we calculated Young man unemployment rate about each of Metropolitan city and Province. After calculation of the relative ratio of total unemployment, we analyzed the results of regional comparative analysis.

청년실업과 전체실업률에 대한 각 시도지역간 비교분석결과는 중앙 및 지방정부의 정책 자료로서 중요하다. 이러한 비교분석결과를 통하여 중앙 및 지방정부는 지역별 차별정책의 사용이 가능해 지는 동시에 세부분적인 정책적용의 효율성도 제고시킬 수 있게 된다. 본 논문은 국내 16개 시·도 지역에 대한 청년실업률과 전체실업률 간의 상대비율을 구하고 이를 광역시와 도 지역 전체를 대상으로 하여 비교분석한 것이다. 시도별 비교를 위해서 사용한 자료는 최근 9년간(2000년 ～ 2008년)의 국내 경제활동인구조사 자료이며, 이 자료에서 각 광역시와 도에 대한 청년실업률을 구하였다. 그리고 이로부터 전체실업률에 대한 상대비율을 계산하여 각 지역별로 비교분석에서 나타난 결과를 분석하였다.
