The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of Christian learning counseling program on the learning efficacy and ego identity formation of Christian adolescent.
Subjects were the first graders at middle school who have attended worship every Sunday from H church and comprising 7 female students and 3 male students. The members of experiment group and control group were 10 respectively.
To assess pre and post effects between experiment group and control group matched-samples t-test was used. Ego identity and learning efficacy using comprehensive learning diagnostic test were measured for both experiment and control groups before and after Christian learning counseling program.
To examine the research hypothesis that there is significant difference between experiment and control groups before and after Christian learning counseling program, independent-samples t-test was used.
As a result of testing the effects of Christian learning counseling program on ego identity and learning efficacy, we identified that the mean scores of ego identity and learning efficacy of experiment group who participated in the program was improved compared to those of control group. Summarizing findings from this study results, Christian learning counseling program has positive effects on the learning efficacy and ego identity formation of Christian
adolescent.

본 연구의 목적은 기독교 학습상담 프로그램이 기독교청소년의 학습유능감 향상뿐만 아니라 자아정체감의 확립에 미치는 영향을 밝혀내는 것이다.
연구대상은 H교회 중등부 학생으로서 매주 빠지지 않고 출석하며, 구원의 확신을 가지고 있는 중학교 1학년 여학생 7명, 남학생 3명으로서 실험집단 10명, 통제집단 10명으로 하였다.
이 연구의 실험설계는 실험집단과 통제집단 간 사전-사후 비교법을 실시하였는데, 기독교 학습상담 프로그램 실시를 전후하여 자아정체감, 학습종합검사를 실험, 통제집단에게 모두 실시하였고 두 검사의 결과를 비교하였다.
기독교 학습상담 프로그램을 실시하기 전과 실시한 후의 실험집단과 통제집단 간의 효과가 있을 것이라는 가설을 검증하기 위해서 실험집단과 통제집단간의 사전-사후검사 평균의 차이에 대한 독립표본 t-검증을 실시하였다.
기독교 학습상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단은 통제집단에 비하여 자아정체감 및 학습유능감 향상에 효과가 있는가를 검증한 결과, 실험집단이 통제집단보다 자아정체감 검사 및 학습유능감 점수가 향상되었다. 본 연구의 결과 기독교 학습상담프로그램이 기독청소년의 학습유능감 및 자아정체감 형성에 효과적이라는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다.
