Supply Chain refers to the flow of materials, information, money, and services from raw material suppliers, through factories and warehouses, to the end customers. A supply chain also includes the organization and processes that create and deliver products, information, and services to end customers. For leading SCM implmentation success, this system requires cooperation within organization and between organization. This study investigates factors for SCM diffusion and performance. Its background theories are Information Technology Acceptance Model and Innovation Theory. Study factors is relative advantage, technological compatibility, task compatibility, complex, SCM cost, training education, change Agente etc.
