Family line record includes Genealogical table as a koreanology's object of study and Genealogical table was a matter of historical concern. Text generalization seems to be too highbrow when we consider in terms of history and change of time. The ultimate purpose of this study is a motive preparation which arouses new tendency to thought of this regular type. A family line record system is more systematic and Genealogical table region is not limited to only history form. Especially Ka-Seung, that is Family line record's literary point of view can be discovery of value which is derived from understanding change. Even if familiar character of literature have been discovered for a long period time from unfamiliar text, researchers' point was not against their intentions and they couldn't get a new attempt opportunity. The clues about unfamiliar text are required to study. Family line record includes not only Genealogical table but other things; however, it is apparent that Genealogical table represents Family line record. Ka-Seung has marked individualities and identities at the same time as a Family line record with such a Genealogical table. Family line record system consists of most of the documentaries is integrated into group of Genealogical table naturally but Ka-Seung seems not to be appropriate. That's because Ka-Seung has a history character which is not inferior to Genealogical table and it has character of literature as much as collection. Thus, Ka-Seung's characteristic can be well revealed through comparison among texts. 『德恩家乘』 compiled in 1835 is Ka-Seung of Eun-Jin Song family. Ka-Seung is useful to refer to writer study as a primary material with Genealogical table naturally and not much later it has found out that character of text including various literary style has one or more meanings. Besides although Ka-Seung is humane learning , it is good enough to has been reproduced constantly in modern times as a particular object of study.『德恩家乘』 meets those requirements as well as makes clear it has character of history and literature.

한국학의 연구대상으로서 가계기록에는 ‘족보’가 있고 족보는 史的인 관심 안에 있었다. 연구의 역사와 추이를 생각했을 때 텍스트의 일반화는 지나치게 고답적이라고 하겠다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 이러한 사고의 定型에 새로운 경향을 일으킬 수 있는 계기의 마련이다. 가계기록의 체계는 보다 더 조직적이며 족보의 영역은 역사의 틀에만 한정되지 않는다. 특히 ‘家乘’이라는 가계기록의 문학적 조명은 인식의 변화에서 비롯된 가치의 발견이 될 수 있다. 오랜 연구 기간 동안 낯선 텍스트에서 익숙한 문학성이 발견되었지만 연구자의 초점은 의도한 시선을 벗어나지 않았고 새로운 시도의 기회를 갖지 못했다. 길들지 않은 텍스트에 대한 연구의 단초가 요구되는 바이다. 가계기록에 ‘족보만’ 있는 것은 아니지만, ‘족보로’ 대표되는 것은 사실이다. 이러한 족보와 함께 가계기록으로서 동질성을 띠면서도 뚜렷한 개별성을 갖는 것이 가승이다. 가계기록의 체계를 조직하는 기록물 대부분은 족보 ‘類’로서 자연스럽게 통합되지만, 가승은 그 틀이 적당해 보이지만은 않는다. 가승이 족보 못지않은 역사성과, 문집만큼의 문학성을 아우르고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 가승의 특성은 텍스트 간의 비교를 통해 더욱 두드러질 수 있다. 『德恩家乘』은 1835년에 편찬한 은진 송씨 집안의 가승이다. 가승은 작가 연구 등의 일차 자료로 참고하는 단계에서 족보와 함께 자연스럽게 활용된다. 그리고 얼마 지나지 않아 다양한 문체를 수록한 텍스트의 특성이 단순한 일차자료 이상의 의미를 깨닫게 한다. 더불어 고전문헌이면서도 현대에 끊이지 않고 재생산되고 있다는 점은 개별 연구대상으로서 충분한 매력이다.『덕은가승』 역시 이와 같은 요건을 충족하며 역사성 및 문학성의 도출을 분명히 한다.
