To make Hangeul(Hunminjeongeum) worldwide alphabets, we must consider restoring all 4 characters which disappeared after the reign of Se-Jong the Great and light bilabial sounds. Only after that, we can write down exact sounds of Chinese and other foreign languages by using Hangeul. We can express more than 90% of foreign pronunciation precisely when we reuse those characters. Japanese alphabets can express 300 sounds and Chinese can express 400 sounds. However, Hangeul can write as much as 8000 sounds when we restore those lost alphabets. Therefore it must be the key to the globalization of Hangeul that we restore those lost characters and reuse them. I want this thesis not only to provide basis theory with establishing standard inscription for foreign languages for globalization of Hangeul, but also to establish a bridgehead for Hangeul to be an official language all over the world like Chinese, Japanese, and English when we can use it practically on keyboard of computers and mobile phones.
