차세대 디지털교과서를 위한 기반기술 및 적용에 관한 연구

현재 진행되고 있는 디지털교과서 시범사업은 연구학교를 중심으로 다양한 컨텐츠 활용 및 연구사례 등을 도출하고 있다. 그러나 현재의 디지털교과서는 기존 온라인 학습콘텐츠와 유사한 상호작용 및 교수학습 모델을 제공하며 특히 태블릿 기반 콘텐츠의 학습효과 및 탐구능력 등과 같은 연구사례가 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 태블릿 기반의 차세대 디지털교과서를 위한 교수학습 모델을 제안하며 특히 디지털 잉크 기반의 스케치 인터페이스 및 증강현실 기술을 이용한 상호작용 모델을 설계하였다. 제안된 연구기법은 학습콘텐츠로 구현되었으며 이를 통한 교수자와 학습자간의 활발한 상호작용 및 학습몰입감의 효과를 규명하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 미래형 디지털교과서 개발 및 적용 시 효과적인 개발방안이 될 것이다.
The digital textbook project which embarked by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has focused on experiments and practices from the school designated by the government. However the previous research about digital textbook provides static interaction models and teaching-learning models analogous to web-based learning based desktop PC even the framework of the digital textbook is based of Tablet PC.1) This paper provides learning and teaching models for next generation digital textbook which based digital inking techinques for sketcth interface and AR(augmented reality) interactions between teacher and learner. The proposed method of this paper is applied to educational contents and we found positive effect which is supported by statistical experiments. The results of this study in the future and the future development of digital textbooks in effect will be an effective development plan.

페이퍼 프로토타입 기반의 응용 프로그램 개발 교육방안 연구

교육 패러다임의 전환과 함께 학교교육에서 응용 프로그램 개발교육의 중요성이 부각되고 있으나 여러 현실적인 문제로 인하여 학교 현장에서의 응용 프로그램 개발교육이 제대로 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 초등학생들이 어려워하는 프로그래밍 코딩 단계를 대신할 수 있는 방법으로 페이퍼-프로토타이핑 기법을 적용하여 아날로그 방식으로 구현할 수 있도록 하였고, 개발자 중심의 개발이 아니라 사용자가 개발에 적극 참여하는 방식의 사용자 중심디자인 모델을 기반으로 하였다. 교육의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 학습자의 응용 프로그램 개발 전후의 개념 모형을 심성모형 이론을 적용하여 측정·분석하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 프레임워크는 학교 현장에서 응용 프로그램 개발교육에 대한 새로운 접근 방법이 될 것으로 기대한다.
As the knowledge and information society has emerged, paradigm of school education has moved to improvement of creativity and problem-solving skills of a learner. However, up to the present, ICT education in schools has shown distorted features, which are focusing on the use of application programs, out of its original purpose. This study also allows digital technology to be displayed in analog ways by applying the paper prototyping technique, which can be substituted for the programming phase that elementary school students feel difficulty to handle with. In addition, It enables practical and useful ideas to be designed, constructed and evaluated as a system, based on User Centered Design (UCD), which encourages users actively to participate in the development, rather than focus on developer. To verify the effects of education, we evaluated and analyzed concept models of a learner before and after the application development activity by applying the mental model theory. The framework suggested in this study can be applied to courseware of programming in elementary schools.

Cover-data의 유사성을 고려한 StegoWaveK

상용화된 Wave Steganography가 가지고 있는 Mask가 쉽게 필터링 될 수 있다는 문제점을 개선하고 Capacity를 높여 Cover-data 선택의 폭을 확장시킬 수 있는 SAcc234bit Mask Data Insertion 알고리즘을 설계 구현하였다. 또한 Mask 의 보안수준을 향상시키기 위해 3-Tier 파일 암호화 알고리즘도 제안하고 적용하였다. 3-Tier 파일 암호화 알고리즘은 파일에 따라 Ciphertext에 특정한 패턴이 나타난다는 문제점을 개선한 알고리즘이다. 본 논문에서 제안한 SAcc234bit Mask Data Insertion 알고리즘과 3-Tier 파일 암호화 알고리즘을 이용하여 Wave Steganography를 수행해주는 StegoWaveK 모델을 설계 구현하였다.
A design implemented the SAcc234bit Mask Data Insertion algorithm that can let the Mask which commercialized Wave Steganography had improved the problem that a filter ring was able to easily become and raised Capacity and extend the width that Cover-data was alternative. Also, it applied 3-Tier file encryption algorithm with a proposal in order to improve a security level of Mask. 3-Tier file encryption algorithm is the algorithm that a specific pattern improved the problem that appeared in Ciphertext according to a file. A design implemented the StegoWaveK model carried out Wave Steganography, using SAcc234bit Mask Data Insertion algorithm and the 3-Tier file encryption algorithm that proposed in this paper.

Evapotranpiration (ET) is one of the important factor in Hydrological cycle and irrigation planning. In this study, temperature-based artificial neural network (ANN) model for daily reference crop ET estimation was developed and compared with reference crop evapotranpiration ($ET_0$) from FAO-56 Penman-Monteith method (FAO-56 PM) and parameter regionalized Hargreaves method. The ANN model was trained and tested for 10 weather stations (5 inland stations and 5 costal stations) and two input climate factors, maximum temperature ($T_{max}$), minimum temperature ($T_{min}$), and extraterrestrial radiation (RA) were used for training and validation of temperature-based ANN model. Monthly reference ET by the ANN model also compared with parameter regionalized Hargreaves method for ANN model applicability evaluation. The ANN model evapotranspiration demonstrated more accordance to FAO-56 PM evapotranspiration than the $ET_0$ from parameter regionalized Hargreaves method(R-Hargreaves). The results of this study proposed that daily reference crop ET estimated by the ANN model could be used in the condition of no sufficient climate data.

임계치 모형과 인공신경망 모형을 이용한 실시간 저수지 수위자료의 이상치 탐지

Reservoir water level data identify the current water storage of the reservoir, and they are utilized as primary data for management and research of agricultural water. For the reservoir storage management, Korea Rural Community Corporation (KRC) installed water level stations at around 1,600 agricultural reservoirs and has been collecting the water level data every 10 minutes. However, various kinds of outliers due to noise and erroneous problems are frequently appearing because of environmental and physical causes. Therefore, it is necessary to detect outlier and improve the quality of reservoir water level data to utilize the water level data in purpose. This study was conducted to detect and classify outlier and normal data using two different models including the threshold model and the artificial neural network (ANN) model. The results were compared to evaluate the performance of the models. The threshold model identifies the outlier by setting the upper/lower bound of water level data and variation data and by setting bandwidth of water level data as a threshold of regarding erroneous water level. The ANN model was trained with prepared training dataset as normal data (T) and outlier (F), and the ANN model operated for identifying the outlier. The models are evaluated with reference data which were collected reservoir water level data in daily by KRC. The outlier detection performance of the threshold model was better than the ANN model, but ANN model showed better detection performance for not classifying normal data as outlier.

A 58-year-old woman came into our clinic with headache, dizziness, and malaise after an electrical injury. Even though she received conventional treatment about five weeks after the injury, the symptoms did not improve, and she decided to undergo traditional Korean medicine treatment. During a 20-day hospital stay with acupuncture and herbal medicine, the symptoms were reduced to about half, and after six months of further treatment in the outpatient clinic, there was no pain during the day and only moderate headaches occurred intermittently after intense physical activity. As far as we know, this is the first report to treat the aftereffects of electrical injury with traditional Korean medicine treatment. Hence, here we tried to fully describe and announce the detailed progress of the patient through this report.

Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of Heat-generating plaster therapy on Chronic prostatitis Methods: We searched articles from Academic Journals(CAJ) online databases. Searching keywords were '貼敷', '慢性前列腺炎', '敷貼', '慢性前列腺炎'. Results: Among the articles published until October 2017, The 18 articles were found. After reviewing the title, abstract and original article, the 3 articles were selected finally to rule out completely different prescriptions. Conclusions: The effect of Heat-generating plaster therapy on symptoms such as urinary frequency, dysuria, nocturia and sexual dysfunction due to chronic prostatitis was satisfactory. Especially the method is simple and safe, easy to use, patient-friendly, and convenient.

RCP 시나리오 기반 비관개기 강수량을 고려한 농업용 저수지의 용수공급 확률 분석

The main function of an agricultural reservoir is to supply irrigation water to paddy rice fields in South Korea. Therefore, the operation of a reservoir is significantly affected by the phenology of paddy rice. For example, the early stage of irrigation season, a lot of irrigation water is required for transplanting rice. Therefore, water storage in the reservoir before irrigation season can be a key factor for sustainable irrigation, and it becomes more important under climate change situation. In this study, we analyzed the climate change impacts on reservoir storage rate at the beginning of irrigation period and simulated the reservoir storage, runoff, and irrigation water requirement under RCP scenarios. Frequency analysis was conducted with simulation results to analyze water supply probabilities of reservoirs. Water supply probability was lower in RCP 8.5 scenario than in RCP 4.5 scenario because of low precipitation in the non-irrigation period. Study reservoirs are classified into 5 groups by water supply probability. Reservoirs in group 5 showed more than 85 percentage probabilities to be filled up from half-filled condition during the non-irrigation period, whereas group 1 showed less than 5 percentages. In conclusion, reservoir capacity to catchment area ratio mainly affected water supply probability. If the ratio was high, reservoirs tended to have a low possibility to supply enough irrigation water amount.

물-에너지-식량-토지 넥서스를 통한 미래 쌀 수급 변화에 따른 자원별 이용량 변화 분석

The aim of this study is to apply the Water-Energy-Food-Land Nexus approach which can analyze the trade-offs among resources, and assess the holistic impacts of food security. First, we applied rice as a study crop and analyzed the trend of consumption of rice and the area of paddy fields. Second, the portfolios of water, energy, and land for rice production were constructed using data of footprints and productivity. Finally, the self-sufficiency ratio (SSR) of rice in target year was set as food security scenario and assessed the impacts of food security on water, energy, and land availability. In 2030, the SSR of rice decreased to 87 %, and water use for producing rice decreased from 4,728 to $3,350million\;m^3$, and the water availability index increased from 0.33 to 0.53. However, food security is essential issue and we set the 50 % and 100 % SSR of rice as high and low food security scenarios. For 100% SSR in 2030, about $3,508million\;m^3$ water was required and water availability index reached to 0.5. In other words, there is the trade-off between food security and water-energy-lands availability. Therefore, it is difficult to make a decision whether a high level of SSR is better or worse. However, this study showed the both positive and negative impacts by change of food security and it can be useful for setting the policy decision considering both food security and sustainable resource management at the same time.

점적관개용 디스크 여과기의 디스크 홈 단면 형상에 따른 수두 손실 특성 분석

Drip irrigation system is a low energy cost method which can efficiently save and supply water by dropping water slowly on the crop's root zone during crop growth. In the drip irrigation system, disk filters take an important role to physically remove impurity (inorganic and suspended organic) particles present in agricultural water which can cause emitter clogging. For the purpose, both top-and-bottom surfaces of the disk are grooved in micron size flowing from outside to inside. However, many congested flow paths in disk filter media incur higher head loss of inflow water resulting in relatively decreasing velocities depending on operation time than sand and mesh filters. Therefore, it is important to optimize the structure of disk filter in micro irrigation system. The head loss of disk filter media takes also charge of more than 60 % of total head loss in whole disk filter. This study is to find the appropriate cross-sectional shape of the disk groove to minimize the head loss by executing the experiment. The experiment used three disk filters that have similar filter body but have a half-elliptic and two kinds of triangular cross sections. The experimental results showed that the disk filter with half-elliptic cross sections of disk grooves have less head loss than the disk filter with regular triangular one.

지주막하 출혈 후 발생한 심부정맥 혈전증 환자에 대한 한양방 병용치료 증례 보고 1례

Purpose: To report on a patient with subarachnoid hemorrhage and deep vein thrombosis treated with a combination of Korean and Western medicine. Methods: A patient diagnosed with subarachnoid hemorrhage and deep vein thrombosis was treated with herbal medicine (加減淸熱瀉濕湯 (Gagam-cheongyeolsaseub-tang)), acupuncture (GV2, GB20, LI11, LI4, TE5, GB34, ST36, SP9, ST38, GB39, SP6, LR3), moxibustion (CV6, CV9), and Western medicine for deep vein thrombosis and subarachnoid hemorrhage. To evaluate edema, one of the classic symptoms of deep vein thrombosis, we measured leg circumference at a specified time. Results: After taking Gagam-cheongyeolsaseub-tang and being treated with acupuncture, moxibustion, and Western medicine, the patient showed improvement in leg edema. The left calf circumference decreased from 37.5 cm to 34.5 cm. Conclusions: Korean medicine, acupuncture, moxibustion, and Western medicine may provide effective treatment for deep vein thrombosis in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage, but further study is needed.

Objectives: We treated a stroke patient with vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) colonization using Gami-sipjeondaebo-tang. Methods: A patient diagnosed with intracranial hemorrhage with VRE colonization was treated with herbal medicine and acupuncture. We checked general conditions every day and performed stool VRE culture once a week. We evaluated the improvement of symptoms by change in VAS grade, general weakness, and stool VRE culture results. Results: After a treatment of Gami-sipjeondaebo-tang combined with acupuncture therapy, improvement of the general condition was observed. Also, VRE colonization was no longer detected in the stool culture. Conclusions: This case report proved the effect of Korean medicine for a stroke patient with VRE colonization, but further study is needed.

Objectives: This study presented the case of a 49-year-old Korean female with phantom limb pain after below right knee amputation and aimed to assess the effectiveness of Korean medicine treatment. Methods: The patient was treated with scalp acupuncture, electroacupuncture and herbal medicine. We executed a numerical rating scale (NRS), conducted a global assessment (G/A), administrated a Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire 2 (SF-MPQ-2) and measured total daily sleep time to evaluate symptom improvement. Results: The patient's G/A scores decreased from 10 to 2 and SF-MPQ-2 points decreased from 20 to 6 after treatment. The total daily sleep time did not changed due to anxiety. Conclusions: This study suggests that Korean medicine treatment could be effective in treating phantom limb pain after amputation. Further studies are needed.

농어촌용수 및 농업생산기반시설의 실태조사에 따른 기후변화 영향 분석

This study aims to effective survey on actual condition for impact and vulnerability assessment on climate change in agriculture and rural community (limited to rural water and agricultural infrastructure, Paragraph 3, Article 2 of the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages Act) entrusted to Korea Rural Community Corporation based on the Law (Paragraph 2, Article 47 of the Framework Act on Agriculture, Rural community and Food industry). The results are summarized as follows. The rural water was divided into three categories (abnormal climate, water use, and flood control), and 31 indicators were selected. The reservoirs were divided into four categories, and 20 indicators were selected. The pumping stations were divided into two categories, 7 indicators, and the drainage pump stations were divided into two categories, 5 indicators were chosen. A survey on actual condition of each indicator was conducted and the result of the impact assessment was calculated. The 65 rural water showed values ranged from 0.855 to 1.308. The reservoir ranged from 0.966 to 23.338 as a result of the impact assessment on the 16 indicators. The pumping station was able to calculate the results of the safety inspection and the thorough safety inspection, and the drainage pump station was able to calculate only the result of the safety inspection. It is judged that it will be necessary to secure and analyze data on indicators with no data in the future. The results of this research can be utilized as baseline data that can deal with climate change preemptively.

Objective: The aim of this study was to find a correlation between the Nepean Dyspepsia Index (NDI) and electrogastrography (EGG) in clinical practice students. Methods: In total, 28 students were enrolled. NDI and EGG were measured in all students. NDI was classified as abnormal when the score was 11 or more. In EGG, standard 1 was classified as abnormal if the preprandial or postprandial percentage of normal gastric slow waves of Ch3 was less than 70% or if power ratio of Ch3 was less than 1. Standard 2 was classified as abnormal if standard 1 was met or if the percentage of normal gastric slow waves of Ch3 decreased after meals. Results: NDI and EGG had no statistically meaningful correlation when standard 1 was used, but NDI and EGG had statistically meaningful correlation when standard 2 was used. Conclusions: These findings suggest that NDI and EGG are correlated and that EGG can be used to evaluate the degree of dyspepsia.

Afatinib 복약 후 발생한 비소세포성 폐암환자의 피부독성 부작용에 대한 한방치료 1례

Objectives: We report a case of traditional Korean medicine (TKM) treatment for skin side effects after taking afatinib (Giotrif$^{(R)}$). Methods: A 62-year-old female who was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer stage 4 (T4N2M1b) and was on treatment with afatinib (29.56 mg/day for 4 months) complained of skin toxicity as a side effect. For 16 admission days, the patient was treated with acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal medicine (oral decoction and external ointment). Results: Improvement of skin toxicity was measured by a numeric rating scale. In addition, Quality of life (QOL) was measured using EORTC Quality of Life Questionnaire, Core 30 (EORTC QLQ-C30) and EORTC Quality of Life Questionnaire, 13-item lung cancer-specific module (EORTC QLQ-LC13) Developed by the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC). Tumor size and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) were also examined during follow up. Conclusions: After a combined TKM treatment, skin toxicity symptoms and quality of life scales were significantly improved with no side effects. The tumor size was not changed on computed tomography during follow-up period. CEA levels were decreased.

기상자료의 결측과 산정에 따른 기준작물 증발산량 공식의 비교 평가

Estimating the reference evapotranspiration is an important factor to consider in irrigation system design and agricultural water use. However, there is a limitation in using the FAO Penman-Monteith (FAO P-M) equation, which requires various meteorological data. The purpose of this study is to compare three reference evapotranspiration (ETo) equations in the case of meteorological data missing for 11 study weather stations. Firstly, the FAO P-M equation is used for reference potential evapotranspiration estimation with the actual solar radiation data $R_n$ and the actual vapor pressure $e_a$. Then, in the case of $R_n$, and $e_a$ are missed, the reference evapotranspirations applying FAO P-M, Priestley-Taylor (P-T), Hargreaves (HG) equation were calculated using other meteorological factors. Secondly, MAE, RMSE, $R^2$ were calculated to compare ETo relationship from the ETo equations. From the results, ETo with Hargreaves equation in coastal areas and the Priestley-Taylor equation in the inland areas showed relatively high correlation with FAO P-M when $e_a$ data is missed. In the case of $R_n$ data is missed or two weather data, $e_a$, and $R_n$ data are all missed, $R^2$ value in Priestley-Taylor equation was highest in coastal areas, and $R^2$ values in Hargreaves equation were the high values for 7 inland areas. The results of sensitivity analysis showed that net radiation was the most sensitive for P-T and HG equation, and for FAO P-M, the most sensitive factor was net radiation and relative humidity, air temperature and wind speed were follows. Therefore, in considering of the accessibility to the coast, the types of the missing wether data, and the correlation and the magnitude of error, the reference evapotranspiration equations would be selected in sense of different conditions.

Leukopenia is a commonly encountered adverse event experienced by cancer patients. It can cause serious infections and delays in chemotherapy. We describe a case of leukopenia induced by colon cancer chemotherapy. After acupuncture treatment, the patient showed improvement in the leukopenia and completed the scheduled chemotherapy without delay or additional administration of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF). Therefore, acupuncture may have a substantial benefit for treatment of leukopenia in this patient.

AquaCrop을 이용한 기후변화에 따른 미래 논벼 물발자국 변화 분석

Climate change causes changes in rainfall patterns, temperature and drought frequency. Climate change impact influences on water management and crop production. It is critical issue in agricultural industry. Rice is a staple cereal crop in South Korea and Korea uses a ponding system for its paddy fields which requires a significant amount of water. In addition, water supply has inter-relationship with crop production which indicates water productivity. Therefore, it is important to assess overall impacts of climate change on water resource and crop production. A water footprint concept is an indicator which shows relationship between water use and crop yield. In addition, it generally composed of three components depending on water resources: green, blue, grey water. This study analyzed the change trend of water footprint of paddy rice under the climate change. The downscaled climate data from HadGEM3-RA based on RCP 8.5 scenario was applied as future periods (2020s, 2050s, 2080s), and historical climate data was set to base line (1990s). Depending on agro-climatic zones, Suwon and Jeonju were selected for study area. A yield of paddy rice was simulated by using FAO-AquaCrop 5.0, which is a water-driven crop model. Model was calibrated by adjusting parameters and was validated by Mann-Whitney U test statistically. The means of water footprint were projected increase by 55 % (2020s), 51 % (2050s) and 48 % (2080s), respectively, from the baseline value of $767m^2/ton$ in Suwon. In case of Jeonju, total water footprint was projected to increase by 46 % (2020s), 45 % (2050s), 12 % (2080s), respectively, from the baseline value of $765m^2/ton$. The results are expected to be useful for paddy water management and operation of water supply system and apply in establishing long-term policies for agricultural water resources.
