지역사회 애착심이 패밀리레스토랑 선택속성에 미치는 영향 - 광주지역 대학생들을 대상으로 -

The purpose of this study is to examine how community attachment affects the attributes to select a family restaurant and also how it differs by the types of preferences on a major brand or a local brand. To attain the goal, a survey was conducted from May 27th till June 21st, 2013, and total 333 questionnaire sheets were used for analysis. The data collected went through Frequency Analysis, Factor Analysis, Regression Analysis, and Chow-test with SPSS 17.0 for Windows. According to the analysis result, identity and dependence influence user convenience and services, and identity and social familiarity affect the food and menu. According to the types of preferences on family restaurants, about the major brand, identity and dependence affect user convenience and services, and identity influences the food and menu while in the local brand, identity affects user convenience and services, and identity and social familiarity influence the food and menu. This implies that it is important for the major brand to maintain general services and for the local brand to exhibit regional characteristics as much as possible.

호텔 직원의 고정관념이 팀웍에 미치는 영향 : 조직신뢰를 조절효과로

This study aimed to find out the effect of stereotypes of hotel employees on teamwork and whether there is a moderating effect of organizational trust in the relationship between stereotypes and team members. For this study, a survey was conducted targeting hotel employees in Seoul for 40 days from December 5, 2016 to January 13, 2017 and 244 copies of questionnaire were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the factors of stereotypes affecting teamwork were personal factors and job factors, and there was a moderating effect of the organizational trust between stereotypes of hotel employees and teamwork. Therefore, various programs should be prepared so that the communication between the hotel workers can be continuously made for better understanding, and hotels should gain the trust of their employees with a consistent goal of the organization and proper management so that teamwork will improve.

베트남에 진출한 국내 호텔의 한국인 경영자 특성이 현지 직원의 서비스 제공 행동에 미치는 영향 : 지식공유 유형의 조절효과를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to examine if the characteristics of Korean hotel managers who have entered Vietnam influence local employees’ service-providing behavior significantly and also if knowledge sharing types have regulating effects in correlation between managers’ characteristics and service-providing behavior. To address the goal, this author conducted a survey to local employees working in five hotels that have entered Vietnam, and total 214 questionnaire sheets were used for positive analysis. According to the analysis results, managers’ characteristics, competence characteristics and psychological characteristics, are found to influence service-providing behavior, and in correlation between them, two factors of knowledge sharing types, colleagues and educational training, are found to exert regulating effects. Based on the results, this researcher suggests that managers should share their attitudes about management with local employees through educational training and deliver messages to entire employees clearly. Based on that, it is important to have proper communication among colleagues.

호텔의 교육훈련이 직원의 직무성과에 미치는 영향 : 목표설정의 조절효과를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to examine how hotels’ educational training influence employees’ job performance and how correlation between educational training and job performance change in relation to goal setting, a moderating variable. For research, employees working for deluxe hotels located in Seoul were selected. For 45 days from October 11th to November 24th, 2017, a survey was done. 358 questionnaire sheets were used for positive analysis. As a result, this author has found there are three educational training factors, service attitudes, service quality, and hotel operation, and learned job performance and goal setting are a single factor. All the factors of educational training are found to influence job performance. Goal setting has regulating effects in correlation between educational training and job performance. This implies that if hotels design and operate desirable educational training programs, it is possible to enhance employees’ job performance and also if they induce employees to set a goal on their own through educational training, their job performance will be improved even more.

This study tried to find out if there is significant difference in the recognition of the attributes of evaluation and the influence of attributes of evaluation on intention of action depending on the venues of local festivals, and suggest considerations in selecting the venues of festivals. To this end, targeting Gwangju World Kimchi Festival, this study used the survey data collected from the festival held in Joong-oe Park in 2014 and the one held in Kimchi Town in 2015. The result of analysis showed that the attributes of evaluation were categorized into the contents of the event, announcement, amenities, and accessibility, which were scored higher in the festival held in Joong-oe Park in 2014 than in the one held in Kimchi Town in 2015. As for the influence of attributes of evaluation on the intention of action, the contents of the event and amenities for the group that visited Joong-oe Park in 2014, and the contents of the event and announcement for the group that visited Kimchi Town in 2015 had influential differences. Like this, the same festival had different contents and different recognition of visitors as they were held in different venues. Therefore, in the planning of a festival, the selection of venue in conjunction with various aspects of the festival will be more important than anything else.

The purpose of this study is to come up with ways to promote city tourism for Gwanju based on comparative analysis with Seoul City Tour. For this, surveys were conducted among those who have used Seoul City Tour and 204 survey sheets were collected for analysis. The survey has found that Seoul City Tour has a higher level of satisfaction than Gwanju City Tour in major city tour factors, including accessibility, information delivery, guide service, tour bus and souvenir. The study has also found that all city tour related factors have an effect on the level of satisfaction and the intent of recommendation and that souvenir has a significant effect on the intent of recommendation in Gwanju City Tour while accessibility, information delivery, guide service, and tour bus have a significant effect on the intent of recommendation in Seoul City Tour. Gwanju City Tour should seek ways to adopt the strengths of Seoul City Tour in a selective manner.
