The purpose of this study is to investigate the process of implementing community business policy in Gangwon Province which recently installs a social economy support center and activates the social economy and tourism industry, and to derive the challenges for activation of social economy and tourism industry in Gangwon Province through analysis on current situation of community business in tourism industry. In the main body, we analyzed the concept and scope of social economy, the system of promotion of tourism community business, current situation and cases of tourism community business in Gangwon Province. In the conclusion, we presented challenges for activation of tourism community business in Gangwon Province. Policies related to current community business include various limitations from aspects of awareness and participation of community residents, duplication in support policy of administration, needs of the intermediate support organizations and the weak power of the independent development. On the basis of current situation and cases of tourism community business and limitations of existing policies in Gangwon Province, we presented the challenges for activation of tourism community business in Gangwon Province as follows. First, it is required to introduce community based tourism community business. Second, it is necessary to modify laws and institutions and establish the support system. Third, it is required to establish and operate the intermediate support organizations. Fourth, it is necessary to enhance the management capacity and train experts.

This research examines the effects to guest satisfaction and behavioral intention which is perceived service quality by the customers of coffee shops. The result of the research is summarized as follows: Firstly, the service quality of coffee shop have a significant influence upon guest satisfaction. Secondly, the service quality of coffee shop also have a significant influence upon customers' behavioral intention. On the basis of the research products, this study offers following suggestions: Firstly, the service quality of coffee shop is closed related to guest satisfaction. Therefore, it can be a competitive power of coffee shop. Secondly, customers of higher guest satisfaction have a higher tendency of revisiting. Furthermore, they show a positive word of mouth so that we need to exert all possible efforts for guest satisfaction.

In the network having been formed by information technology's developments, people become to make relationships regardless of national boundaries and nationalities, and then communicate each other, and also tourism information is already being provided through social media at a lot of parts. However, researches on which effects SNS tourism information directly influence to tourist's selecting behaviors have not been made yet in details. So, this study tries to induce practicalㆍtheoretical implications for being utilized as information provision's routes in which SNS tourism information becomes helpful to information-searching behaviors of tourists. First, cognitive characteristics of SNS tourism information and technical ones were appeared as affecting significant influences to information-searching behaviors of all tourists, and a fact was confirmed that information's diffusion had deep relationships to SNS tourism information's cognitiveㆍtechnical characteristics and tourist's information-searching behaviors while playing roles of adjusting variables. Second, the largest affecting factor to information-searching behaviors was shown at the information's usability among cognitive characteristics. As SNS tourism information is not only give helps actually but also easy to use, it implies a fact that the SNS information could become an important marketing tool that can change potential demands to effective ones. Third, it was confirmed that information which was shared and agreed by a lot of persons could affect further influences to information-searching behaviors. Therefore, tourism-related companies and organizations have to do more efforts so that positive information can be spread out by providing good-quality tourism experiences and services.

The goal of regional tourism policy can be achieved by the activation of the regional area based on the cooperation of local residents, self-governing community, governments, and other related communities. Here, for the development and growth of the self-governing community's tourism, the social consent is needed. Hence, this study aims at the building of the regional innovation system based on the formation of social capital; and the construction of the regional tourist governance system through the cooperation and partnership among the innovation subjects. For this purpose, this study draws the causal relationship using a structure equation based on the research model. As a result, the community social capital has a positive influence on the regional innovation system (RIS) and RIS is significantly related to the construction of tourism governance. In detail, both cooperation of the social capital and the education for the residents have a significant influence on RIS, which in turn affects regional tourism governance including participations, transparency, trust for cooperation, establishment of the foothold and the capacity of the participants in general way. That is, the establishment of the regional tourism governance will be possible according to the settlement of the regional innovation capacity, confidence and cooperation.



평면연삭조건이 가공탄성계수에 미치는 영향

The grinding force generated during the grinding process causes an elastic deformation of the workpiece, grinding wheel, and machine system. Thus, the true depth of cut is always smaller than the apparent depth of cut. This is known as machining elasticity phenomenon. The machining elasticity parameter is defined as a ratio between the true depth of cut and the apparent depth of cut. It is an important factor to understand the material removal mechanism of the grinding process. To increase productivity, the value of this machining elasticity parameter must be large. Therefore, it is essential to know the characteristics of this parameter. The objective of this research is to study the effect of the major grinding conditions, such as table speed and depth of cut, on this parameter experimentally. Through this research, it is found that this parameter value is increasing when the table speed is decreasing or the depth of cut is increasing. Also, this parameter value depends on the grinding mode (up grinding, down grinding).

Force generated during grinding process causes elastic defomation. The effect of this deforms a workpiecs. So grinding system is explainable using the concept of macining elasticity phenomenon. Machining elasticity is defined as ratio between the true depth of c ut, and an importnat factor to affect material removal mchanism and productivity. Generally, to produce accurate surface and dimensionally precise components operators depend on their experiences. Because of these, productivity is reduced and time is wasted. The objective of this reserch is to study the effect of grinding conditions, such as table speed, depth of cut on the machining elasticity parameter.
