HMR 이용객의 식음료 정보인식수준의 세분화에 관한 연구 - HMR 영양정보를 중심으로

The food industry is growing faster and absorbing variety fields. Despites this developments, HMR industry is not concerned as well. In this situation, need to focused in HMR. So, the purpose of this study is to segment Home Meal Replacement(HMR) customer for marketing based on F&B Information Recognition. Using the factor analysis, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis, and ANOVA to find out different behavioral intention in each clusters, the result elicited some implications. First, Using factor analysis to reduct F&B Information Recognition variables and analyzing the level of recognitions for the grouping by cluster analysis. The results showed that 3 clusters(High, Mid, Row recognition of F&B information) were founded and had difference in behavioral intentions. Cluster 3 which is higher recognition group has higher satisfaction of F&B information recognition and purchasing their favorite stores. The customers who have row level of recognitions lead to low satisfactions and repurcahsing. The result shows that market researcher in food and berverage should approach different marketing strategy and provides various information might customer want. This research need to survey broad populations for generalizing the results and using diversity variables to reveal relations between information and another variables.

The food service industry that has sustained success upon success has been expanded not in quality but in quantity and the most significant driving force in this growth was the induction of the franchise system into the domestic food service field. However, the franchise system has increased general occurrences in the Korean food service market which indicate systemic problems, poor business conditions and indiscretion nowadays, and the system has hindered its qualitative growth although it led the growth of the food service industry and furthermore contributed to industrial development. The result of this research is we analysed the correlations through the positive research of evaluation index development standards and evaluation indexes, and evaluation indexes and evaluation utilization, and derived the model for the standard and utilization of evaluation index development.

This research is proceeding to suggest the way we can reduce the possibility of the guest's unsatisfaction and to grasp the point of the guest's unsatisfaction in the hotel restaurant to study the guest's reaction when they are not satisfied. So that we understand what point is affect to them and what point they consider as it is more important. To achieve the goal of this research, This study analyzed the property of an unsatisfaction through the survey theoretically based on the philological research. Through the actual proof of research, This study suggested that we need to improve and maintain the facilities in the manufactural section rather than the service of the staff, the invisible product, and the food the visible product when we are faced with the unsatisfaction in the service and the food in the hotel restaurant.

와인 전문가, 애호가, 초보자의 신세계와인과 구세계와인 선택속성 차이에 관한 연구

The Korean wine market is growing up fast regardless of many influence elements such as socieity, culture, economy, system and etc. The Korean wine market is becoming a main target for domestic wine distributors who import wine from both the 'old world' and the 'new world'. In this study, I categorized-based on many studies-wine consumers in "consumers of old-world wine" and "consumers of new-world wine", and analyzed the characteristics of consumers in each category. Although there were several problems in the results of the research the following outcome was induced. First, there are significant differences in the recognition of problems related to wine consumption and the necessity for situation improvement by each group of wine connoisseurs, wine lovers and new wine consumers. Second, there are significant differences in the standards used to select old world wines and new world wines by each group of wine connoisseurs, wine lovers and new wine consumers. Third, there is a significant difference among wine experts and lovers in selecting a wine depending on its origin. Fourth, many of wine consumers in Korea are not specialists but non-experts, drinkers, and beginners. Thus, we can use the result of this study to estimate a potential purchasing power in the Korean wine market. Lastly, I suggested a vision so that researchers can consider further studying on wine marketing by country and the future development of the wine industry.

축제 환경단서와 문화관광형 전통시장 이미지 관계 연구

The purpose of this study tries to examine and analyze the relationships of festival environmental cues and image of culture tourism oriented traditional marketplace as resources of tourism in order to create the new value inherent only to the traditional markets under the circumstances where the traditional markets are gradually losing their footing as large distributors at home and abroad advance into the domestic market due to the market opening. The results are as follows. First, both visitors and merchants difference of t-test between importance- performance was that there were statistically significant difference(p<0.05) in contents/participating benefits , gifts/food , traffic/ accessibility , and convenience facilities . Second, as for quadrant I(concentrate here) in assessing the results of IPA, attributes relating toappropriate accommodations in visitors, various food and convenient transportation requires to manage, enhance satisfaction as key factors. On the other hand, as for quadrant II(Keep up the Good Work), attributes relating to contents/participating benefits and convenience facilities in visitors, gifts/food, traffic/accessibility and convenience facilities in merchants requires sustainable attention as key factors. Third, the festival environmental cues were found to have significantly positive(+) effects on the image of culture tourism oriented traditional marketplace.

휴대폰 키버튼 불량 검사 시스템

본 논문에서는 핸드폰 조립 전의 키패드의 개별버튼에 불량 검사방법을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘은 키패드의 영역 분할, 폰트 영역 분할, 이동 및 회전의 처리과정을 통해, 동일 색상의 검사 및 등급 분류, 폰트 검사, 스크래치 검사로 이루어져 있다. 특히, 본 논문에서 제안한 영역분할 방법은 기존의 단순 문턱치를 기반으로 키패드의 경사나 곡면 모양에 기인한 휘도 변화에 대응하기 위해, 패드 영역만을 B-spline으로 근사화하여, 각 화소마다 다른 표면 문턱치를 적용하는 방법을 제시한다. 또한, 키패드의 회전 정보를 고유치 및 고유벡터를 사용하여 매우 빠르고 효율적으로 구하는 방법을 제시한다. 실험결과 제안한 방법은 실제 인라인 공정상에 적용하여 실험결과 우수한 성능을 보여준다.
In this paper, we develope a defect inspection method for each buttons of keypad of cellular phones before they are assembled. The proposed algorithm consists of the similar color checking and its classification, font error detection, and scratch detection based on the segmentation of keypad area and font, translation and rotation processing sequentially. Especially, the proposed segmentation method approximate the pad region as B-spline function to deal with illumination change due to the shape of key button with the slant and curved surface followed by simple thresholding. And also, the rotational information is obtained by using eigen value and eigen vector very fast and effectively. The experimental results show that the performance of the proposed algorithm is good when it is applied to in-line process.

치과용 CAD/CAM 밀링기에 대한 치과의료종사자들의 선호도 조사

목적: 최근 디지털 기술의 발달과 더불어 치과영역에서도 다양한 보철물 제작을 위해 Computer aided design/computer aided manufacture (CAD/CAM) 시스템의 사용이 확대되고 있다. CAD/CAM 시스템은 전통적인 방식의 보철물 제작의 단점을 극복하여, 치과의사와 치기공사가 보철물을 제작할 때, 환자에게 한 두 번의 병원 방문으로도 정확하고 정밀도 높은 보철물의 제공이 가능하게 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 현재 국내의 CAD/CAM 시스템 현황 및 인식을 파악함으로써 새로 장비를 도입할 때 고려해야 할 항목에 대한 조언을 제공하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 본 설문 조사는 서울대학교 치과 병원을 포함한 전국 298 명의 치과의사, 치과위생사 및 치과기공사를 대상으로 2016년 11월부터 12월까지 2 개월간 우편을 통해 실시하였다. 결과: 치과용 CAD/CAM 밀링기 구매 시 가장 고려하는 요인은 밀링기의 성능(64.43%)이었으며 용도는 치과보철물 제작과 임플란트용 맞춤형 지대주 제작이 49.33%로 가장 높았다. 또한, 응답자의 약 60% 이상이 CAD/CAM 밀링기가 만족할 만한 성능으로 개선된다면 새로운 장비의 구매에 대해 긍정적인 답변을 보였다. 결론: 설문조사 분석결과, 성능이 개선된 CAD/CAM 밀링기 디지털화 및 4차 산업혁명을 대비하는 치과산업에서 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 여겨진다.
Purpose: Recently, according to the development of digital technology, computer aided design/computer aided manufacture (CAD/CAM) system is widely used for fabrication of various dental prostheses in the field of dentistry. This study aims to survey the present state and awareness of CAD/CAM system on domestic dental field, and to supply the advice for the application of the new system. Materials and methods: In this questionnaire survey was conducted for a total of 298 dentists, dental hygienist and dental technicians of the whole country including the dental hospital of Seoul National University for two months from November to December, 2016 through mail. Results: The most important purpose to consider when purchasing a dental CAD/CAM milling machine were the performance of the milling machine (64.43%) and the use of milling machine was the highest with 49.33% of manufacturing for dental prosthesis and customized implant abutment. In addition, more than 60% of respondents answered positively about the purchase of new milling machine if the CAD/CAM milling machine was improved to satisfactory performance. Conclusion: This survey results show that the improved CAD/CAM milling machine would be play an important role in the dental industry in preparation for digitization and the 4th industrial revolution.

DenseNet을 활용한 식물 잎 분류 방안 연구

Recently, development of deep learning has shown better image classification result than human. According to recent research, a hidden layer of deep learning is deeper, and a preservation of extracted features shows good results. However, in the case of general images, the extracted features are clear and easy to sort. This study aims to classify plant leaf images. This plant leaf image has high similarity in each image. Since plant leaf images have high similarity not only between images of different species but also within the same species, classification accuracy is not increased by simply extending the hidden layer or connecting the layers. Therefore, in this paper, we tried to improve the hidden layer of the algorithm called DenseNet which shows the recent excellent classification results, and compare the results of several different modified layers. The proposed method makes it possible to classify plant leaf images collected in a natural environment more easily and accurately than conventional methods. This results in good classification of plant leaf image data including unnecessary noise obtained in a natural environment.

시 공간 정규화를 통한 딥 러닝 기반의 3D 제스처 인식

Human exchanges information not only through words, but also through body gesture or hand gesture. And they can be used to build effective interfaces in mobile, virtual reality, and augmented reality. The past 2D gesture recognition research had information loss caused by projecting 3D information in 2D. Since the recognition of the gesture in 3D is higher than 2D space in terms of recognition range, the complexity of gesture recognition increases. In this paper, we proposed a real-time gesture recognition deep learning model and application in 3D space using deep learning technique. First, in order to recognize the gesture in the 3D space, the data collection is performed using the unity game engine to construct and acquire data. Second, input vector normalization for learning 3D gesture recognition model is processed based on deep learning. Thirdly, the SELU(Scaled Exponential Linear Unit) function is applied to the neural network's active function for faster learning and better recognition performance. The proposed system is expected to be applicable to various fields such as rehabilitation cares, game applications, and virtual reality.

치의학 분야에 대한 광간섭 단층영상기기(optical coherence tomography)의 적용 가능성 고찰

목적: 본 논문은 다양한 의료분야 진단에 사용되고 있는 비침습적 영상진단장치 중 낮은 투과 깊이를 가지지만 우수한 분해능과 실시간 영상획득이 가능한 광간섭 단층영상기기(OCT)의 기본 작동 원리, 종류, 장단점 및 응용분야 등을 소개한다. 재료 및 방법: 본 논문에 사용된 연구 데이터는 PubMed, 의료저널 및 관련논문을 검색하여 작성하였다. 결과: OCT를 이용하여 비치습적인 방법으로 실시간 영상 획득 및 고해상도의 생물학적 미세구조 관찰이 가능하며 이는 치아균열, 치아우식, 치아의 마모, 치주질환, 구강암, 그리고 수복물의 미세누출 평가 등에 유용하다. 결론: 현재 다양한 치의학적 진단에 OCT가 사용되고 있으며, 특히 치과보철학 분야에 있어서 지르코니아와 같은 재료의 발전과 함께 더욱 활용범위가 넓어질 것으로 판단된다.
Purpose: This paper describes the basic principles and the feasibility of the field of dental diagnosis of optical coherence tomography (OCT) used in diverse field of medical diagnosis. Materials and methods: In this review, the research data of OCT were searched from PubMed, medical journal and related papers. Results: Generally, OCT is noninvasive and is possible to secure an excellent spatial resolution and real-time images of biological microstructure. Conclusion: This review discusses not only the basic principles of operation, types, advantages, disadvantages of OCT but also the future applications of OCT technology and their potential in the field of dental diagnosis.

게임 어플리케이션을 위한 컨볼루션 신경망 기반의 실시간 제스처 인식 연구

Humans have often been used gesture to communicate with each other. The communication between computer and person was also not different. To interact with a computer, we command with gesture, keyboard, mouse and extra devices. Especially, the gesture is very useful in many environments such as gaming and VR(Virtual Reality), which requires high specification and rendering time. In this paper, we propose a gesture recognition method based on CNN model to apply to gaming and real-time applications. Deep learning for gesture recognition is processed in a separated server and the preprocessing for data acquisition is done a client PC. The experimental results show that the proposed method is in accuracy higher than the conventional method in game environment.

The gesture classification has been applied to many fields. But it is not efficient in the environment for game interface with low specification devices such as mobile and tablet, In this paper, we propose a effective way for realistic game interface using k-nearest neighbors algorithm for gesture classification. It is time consuming by realtime rendering process in game interface. To reduce the process time while preserving the accuracy, a reconstruction method to minimize error between training and test data sets is also proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed method is better than the conventional methods in both accuracy and time.

2D 비전과 3D 동작인식을 결합한 하이브리드 실시간 모니터링 시스템

We need many assembly lines to produce industrial product such as automobiles that require a lot of composited parts. Big portion of such assembly line are still operated by manual works of human. Such manual works sometimes cause critical error that may produce artifacts. Also, once the assembly is completed, it is really hard to verify whether of not the product has some error. In this paper, for monitoring behaviors of manual human work in an assembly line automatically, we proposes a realtime hybrid monitoring system that combines 2D vision sensor tracking technique with 3D motion recognition sensors.
