제4차 산업혁명시대의 여성 리더의 여성리더십 극대화 방안

본 논문은 4차 산업혁명이 가져올 고용환경 변화에 여성들이 적극적이고 용기 있게 대응할 수 있도록 기회를 제공하고 기반을 조성하기 위한 여성 리더의 여성리더십 극대화 방안을 제시했다. 이를 위해 관련 선행연구논문, 정기간행물, 신문기사 및 잡지 등을 중심으로 문헌고찰을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 여성의 공감과 의사소통능력 등이 융․복합과 창조력을 중시하는 4차 산업혁명시대에 적합한 잠재력으로 꼽히기 때문에 적극적으로 여성리더십을 극대화해 활용해야 한다고 지적했다. 특히, 4차 산업혁명시대에 대비한 창의융합여성인재 육성에 힘쓰기 위해서는 지금과 같이 경력단절 여성을 위한 취업 지원 기관 운영과 ‘고부가가치 직종 전문인력 양성과정’ 등을 운영해야 한다. 또한, 4차 산업혁명시대의 동력이 될 여성의 경쟁력을 국가 경쟁력으로 직결시키면서 한국의 비약적 발전을 이끌어 내기 위해서는 4차 산업혁명으로 비유되는 인공지능사회에서 경쟁력을 갖춘 풍부한 감수성과 소통 역량을 지닌 창의융합여성인재의 확보가 필수라고 할 수 있다. 선진국을 중심으로 데이터 경제시대의 핵심 기술인 인공지능(AI), 사물인터넷(IoT), 클라우드, 빅데이터 등 융․복합서비스 분야에서 위미노믹스(Women+Economics 합성어, 여성의 경제활동) 열풍이 일고 있지만, 아직 국내 여성인재의 참여 비율은 낮은 편이기 때문에 이에 대한 적극적인 대응이 필요한 시점이라고 할 수 있다. 전 세계적으로 온라인 플랫폼 기반의 클라우드 소싱과 유연한 업무 환경의 단기 노동 방식인 ‘긱 경제(Gig-Economy)’가 확산되는 흐름에 맞춰 우리나라도 여성에게 적합한 기업 맞춤형 인력지원 플랫폼을 구축해야 한다. 특히, 안정적인 경영 활동을 추구하는 경향이 있는 여성 기업인들이 새로운 사업에 진출하는 데 필요한 프로젝트성 인력을 지원받을 수 있도록 함으로써 다양한 사업 시도와 도전을 할 수 있게 해야 한다. 더불어 걸음마 수준에 있는 여성 기업인의 수출 활성화 지원에도 역점을 두어야 한다. 이는 2015년 기준 전체 수출액 가운데 여성 기업인 비중이 1.1% 수준에 불과한 것에서도 확인된 것처럼 지역과 품목별 해외 바이어 리스트를 여성 기업인들에 제공하는 한편, 해외 바이어들이 국내 여성 기업인들의 제품을 두루 검색할 수 있도록 데이터를 수시로 업데이트하는 것도 반드시 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대의 여성 리더의 여성리더십을 극대화하기 위해 제안한 정책과 전략은 다음과 같다. 주요 정책으로는 첫째, 여성리더십을 신장시킬 수 있는 남성중심적 조직 구조 및 근로형태 변화, 일․가정 양립 문화 정착을 위한 정책수립이다. 둘째, 글로벌 여성 리더가 많이 탄생할 수 있도록 뒷받침할 수 있는 여성정책의 수립이다. 셋째, 조직별 특성에 맞게 여성인력 할당 정책의 수립이다. 이와 더불어 제시된 전략으로는 첫째, 여성리더십 신장과 역량강화이다. 둘째, 여성리더십을 빛나게 하는 다양한 직무 개발이다. 셋째, 리더십 개인가치의 극대화 전략 구축이다. 넷째, 진단을 통한 객관적 자아인식 증진 프로그램의 운영이다. 다섯째, 전략적 커뮤니케이션 능력의 고양이다.
The 21st century is often called the Women’s Generation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze how to maximize and utilize female leadership which will be newly emerged in the Fourth Industrial Revolution era. To this end, I will present necessary policies and strategies to maximize female leadership in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This will start with a study of the relationship between the Fourth Industrial Revolution and women’s leadership. Next, it is the policy and strategy study of the maximization of female leadership in the fourth industrial revolution era. In particular, by analyzing policies and strategies for maximizing women’s leadership, we will provide a basis for developing new directions for women’s leadership. Values, sensitivity, sense of movement and other characteristics of women have come into the light, and what has been hidden in the past is now being reopen to the present in a different point of view. With the increase of women participating in the society, the society’s interest in feminine leadership is also rising. In addition, the question of how we can efficiently bring up a feminine leader has come up. The Fourth Industrial Revolution has been demanding for feminine leaders in various fields, but it is a fact that our society has not been dealing well with this kind of matter. We are at the point where we should be discussing the suitable feminine leadership for Fourth Industrial Revolution. The following paper will be viewing the newly rising feminine leadership matter in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. To do this, we will first take a look at what feminine leadership is, why it has become an issue, and see how it is differentiated with male leadership. Also, there will be a good look over the policies and strategies in developing the feminine leadership to step toward the solution of developing the feminine leadership.

The purpose of this study is to propose a method to improve the operational elements of the Resort. The purpose of this study is to analyze the barriers to the resort and to suggest effective management plan. Publicity and marketing staff at most remote resorts are developing various promotional and marketing strategies to attract a large number of customers during off-peak seasons. However, due to various obstacles in the resort. The results of this study are as follows: First, seasonality and accessibility are obstacles to the resort that can not be overcome structurally. As a publicity strategy to use this in reverse, it is necessary to make the theme of facilities that can accumulate fun and memories. In addition, a strategic approach to rebuilding the 'space of memories' of the visitors at remote resort is needed. Secondly, it is necessary to use a new concept ride (eg, rocky bridge, cable car, dog sled, etc.) that can not be experienced in everyday space by utilizing the inconvenience of transportation at remote resort. This should appeal to visitors with the easiest way to get around. Third, it is important to consider the difficulty in locating and supplying manpower on the basis of the nature of manpower management at remote resort and the difficulty of outsourcing manpower from outside. To this end, the concept of self & private resort should be introduced. In other words, a new strategic approach to unmanned resort is needed. This means respecting each individual resort visitor's area using the basic nature of human being who wants to maintain the boundary. In addition, it is a strategic approach to the obstacles of the remote resort which is difficult to supply and receive manpower. Fourth, it is difficult to manage the logistics, and the price of the resort is relatively high at relatively different resorts.

In order to fully realize the benefits of promoting tourism policy in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the benefits of investment in information and communication technologies, a different tourism economy structure must be built first. Tourism policy should be promoted on the basis of new tourism enterprise structure and tourism industry policy which is different from the existing industrial society in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. The purpose of this study is to investigate the direction of tourism policy in the 4th Industrial Revolution era. The direction of tourism policy is as follows: improvement of productivity, internationalization of super-intelligence, reorganization of government functions, public investment, and the transition to the next. Through this, we aimed to secure the competitiveness of the tourism industry in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, to meet the tourism needs of domestic and foreign tourists, and to provide opportunities to create added value of tourism enterprises.

여학생의 가치창출 극대화는 현대 대학교육 의사결정권자들의 궁극적인 목표 라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 여학생의 가치창출 극대화 목표는 학생과 대학의 가치를 모두 합한 우리 사회와 국가의 가치를 극대화하는 것 이외에도 주변국가의 이해 관계자들을 고려하는 지속 가능한 성장을 전제로 하고 있다. 따라서 현대 대학교육 의사결정권자는 여학생의 가치창출을 극대화 하고 증대시키기 위하여 합리적인 지원결정과 여성리더십 교육을 수행하면서, 이러한 의사결정과정에서 발생할 수 있는 이해관계자들간의 이해상충에서 비롯되는 비용을 적절하게 해결하지 못할 경우 여학생의 가치창출 기회가 감소할 것이라는 것을 인식해야 한다. 특히, 4차 산업혁명시대의 급변하는 시대 상황에 적응하기 위해서는 여학생의 가치창출을 위한 많은 이론과 기법을 잘 활용하여 적용해야 한다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구는 여성리더십 중 인간적인 면이 많이 부각되고 있는 유관순리더십을 선택하여 활용하는 방안을 제시하였다. 유관순리더십을 토대로 선행연구를 참고하여 여학생의 가치창출을 극대화하기 위한 유관순리더십 활용방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫 번째 방안은 여학생의 가치창출의 핵심이라고 할 수 있는데, 즉 대학이 사회가 요구하는 것보다 더 수준 높은 여학생들의 가치창출에 집중해야 한다는 것이다. 두 번째 방안은 첫 번째 방안에서 파생되어 나온 것으로서, 여학생들의 미래가치 창출은 단순하게 비용을 투자하여 성과를 달성하고자 하는 ‘비용대비 성과’ 방식, 즉 다양한 대학의 교육재정을 재분배하는 방식으로는 창출할 수 없다는 사실을 인식할 수 있을 때만 창출될 수 있다는 것이다. 세 번째 방안은 여학생의 미래 가치 창출 성과에 대한 사회의 평가는 높은 취업률과 같은 현재까지 실현된 계량적 성과뿐만 아니라 사회에서 형성된 기대와 대학의 명성에도 크게 영향을 받는다는 것이다. 여학생 가치창출의 네 번째이자 마지막 방안은 ‘누가 여학생 가치창출 여성리더십 교육 운영을 하고’, ‘어떤 프로그램을 수행하느냐’에 따라 여학생의 미래 가치가 달라진다는 것이다. 이상과 같은 네 가지 여학생 가치창출 극대화를 위한 유관순리더십 활용방안은 장기적으로 여학생의 가치 창출을 극대화하는 의사결정을 하는데 있어서 변치 않는 기준을 제공해 줄 수 있다. 특히 단기적인 성과와 장기적인 여학생 가치창출의 상충관계에서 이들 네 가지 방안들을 최우선으로 활용해나간다면, 대학 교육담당 또는 의사결정권자들은 검증되지 않은 기교나 통념들에 휘둘리지 않고 대학을 발전시켜 나갈 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 이들 방안이 무시될 경우에는 대학 가치를 잠식하는 잘못된 의사결정을 하게 되고, 이는 우리 사회 전반으로 퍼져 4차 산업혁명시대에 적응하지 못하거나 버블을 초래하게 될 수도 있다는 점을 명심해야 한다.
The purpose of this study was to maximize the value creation of female students who could be the ultimate goal of modern university education decision makers. To this end, I tried to suggest a plan to utilize Yu GwanSoon leadership. The goal of maximizing the value creation of female students is to maximize the value of our society and the nation by combining the values of students and universities. And sustainable growth that considers the stakeholders of neighboring countries. Therefore, modern university education decision makers should make reasonable support decision and female leadership education in order to maximize and increase female students’ value creation. In particular, the costs arising from conflicts of interest between stakeholders that may arise in the decision-making process must be resolved appropriately. If they do not, the opportunity for value creation will decrease. Especially, in order to adapt to the rapidly changing times of the era of the fourth industrial revolution, many theories and techniques for creating value for female students should be applied and applied. The purpose of this study is to suggest a method to utilize Yu GwanSoon leadership, which has a lot of human aspects, among women’s leadership. Based on Yu, GwanSoon’s leadership, we propose the utilization plan of Yu Gwansoon’s leadership to maximize the value creation of female students by referring to previous research. The first option is the core of creating value for girls. In other words, universities should focus on creating value for girls that are higher than society demands. The second method is derived from the first method, and the creation of future value for female students is not a ‘cost-performance’ method of simply investing costs and achieving results. In addition, it can not be created by redistributing education finances of various universities. The third option is that society’s assessment of the future value of female students is dependent on quantitative performance, such as high employment rates. It is also strongly influenced by the expectations of society and the reputation of the university. The final solution is that the future value of female students will change depending on who runs the women’s leadership education that creates female students value, and what programs they perform. In order to maximize female students’ value creation, the utilization method of Yu GwanSoon can provide unchanging standards for decision making that maximizes female students’ value creation in the long run. In particular, these four methods should be used first as a trade-off between short-term performance and long-term female student value creation. The college educators or decision makers must develop their colleges without being overwhelmed by untested techniques or myths. However, if these measures are ignored, they will make the wrong decision to erode the value of the university. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution spreading throughout our society, Everyone should be interested and engaged in maximizing value creation.

Tourism industry is a kind of peaceful industry. It contribute greatly to the improvement of global peace, but it is being affected by international political situation. The main political phenomenon that affect tourism industry in North Korea; can be summarized as, 1. Use of political situation around Korean Peninsula, 2. International conflict by nuclear and missile, 3. Political stability. North Korean political use of tourism, in the Kim Jong-un era, has raised its level of opening in tourism industry, considering it as an important source of foreign exchange and his main achievement in the economic sector. Currently, North Korea's type of tourism industry opening is “assertive and/but partial open type,” without stepping foot on transition-typed models. First, Kim Jong-un himself has assertively led tourism opening and development policies. Second, in comparison to the former era, more active changes have occurred, in terms of geographic openness, institutional reform, and expansion of infrastructure. Attracted foreign capital from China and others for tourism development seemed insignificant, while reinforced relationship with Russia could contribute to the development of tourism infrastructure. There are, however, endemic problems such as annually detained U.S. citizen tourists since 2012, chronic lack of accommodation facilities, crisis created by political and/or military provocation, just to name a few. For further development of tourism industry, it is vital to produce stable conditions for foreign investment along with economic reform so that ripple effects of tourism industry would be maximized while risk factors would be otherwise.

The aim of this study is to analyse the relationship between foreign tourists, folk culture and the authenticity of Andong destinations. In doing so, this study reviews regional experiences and practices of Andong destinations where folk cultural resources are driving overall authenticity. It also examines the development of souvenir, tourism commercialization, high culture consumption and distribution processes in relation to folk cultural resources. From the analysis, the study identifies some key factors and policy interventions which can establish the authenticity of Andong destinations as places to visit, live and invest in. This study also considers the wider benefits of developing the relationship between foreign tourists and folk culture, such as enhanced image, social cohesion, support for the cultural sector, established authenticity, innovation and creativity. This study indicates the importance of folk culture and tourism as drivers of attractiveness and competitiveness. Andong regions are now actively developing their tangible and intangible folk cultural assets as a means of developing comparative advantage in an increasingly competitive tourism marketplace, and to create local distinctiveness in the face of globalisation. Folk culture and tourism have a mutually beneficial relationship which can strengthen the authenticity, attractiveness and competitiveness of places, regions and countries. Traditional folk culture is an increasingly important element of the tourism product as it creates distinctiveness in a crowded global marketplace. At the same time, tourism provides an important means of enhancing culture and creating income which can support and strengthen cultural heritage, cultural production and creativity. Folk culture and tourism are linked because of their obvious synergies and their growth potential.

내재적 동기가 프로그래밍 언어의 수용에 미치는 영향에 대한 종단적 분석

정보기술 수용에 있어서 내재적 동기의 중요성은 여러 연구를 통해 강조되었을 뿐 아니라 다양한 방식으로 분석되었다. 그러나 이와 같은 연구의 대부분은 온라인 쇼핑이나 온라인 게임과 같은 쾌락적 시스템(hedonic systems)을 대상으로 이루어진 것이고 자바(Java)와 같은 프로그래밍 언어의 수용을 내재적 동기의 관점에서 다룬 연구는 흔치 않다. 본 연구의 목적은 내재적 동기가 프로그래밍 언어 수용에 미치는 영향을 종단적으로 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 내재적 동기에 관련된 변수인 지각된 놀이성과 함께 전통적인 정보기술 수용에 근간이 되는 유용성을 고려한 연구모형을 믿음갱신 이론(belief updating theory)에 의해 종단적으로 확장하여 제안하였다. 이 모형의 타당성을 보이기 위해 자바 수업을 수강하는 대학생을 대상으로 두 번에 걸친 설문조사를 하여 부분최소자승법에 의해 분석한 결과 본 연구에서 제시한 대부분의 가설들이 통계적으로 지지되었다.
Although many studies have analyzed and identified the importance of intrinsic motivation in the acceptance of information technology (IT), especially hedonic systems such as online game and online shopping, the acceptance of programming languages such as Java were not studied in a view of intrinsic motivations. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of intrinsic motivation on the acceptance of programming language by the longitudinal analysis. In the service of the objective, we suggested the research model which included both intrinsic and extrinsic motivations and longitudinally extended by belief updating theory. For the validation of this model, the university students who participated Java class were surveyed twice, and the suggested research were analyzed by partial least square (PLS). In result, most of the suggested hypotheses were supported.

This paper is the study of Ryu Gwan-Sun leadership is revealed in Old Testament through leadership. In general, a traditional definition of leadership is an interpersonal influence directed toward the achievement of a goal or goals. Basically, this traditional definition of leadership says that a leader influences more than one person toward a goal. So, a leadership is a dynamic relationship based on mutual influence and common purpose between leaders and collaborators in which both are moved to higher levels of motivation and moral development as they affect real, intended change. This paper examined Ryu Gwan-Sun’s Leadership based on ‘Spirituality, Prayer, and Faith’ from the perspective of Old Testament. Because she was very faithful to the God and the nation, and took care of the people and followers with confidence in others, whoever worked with her together might have thought that it was not regrettable to sacrifice oneself for her. After all, it can be said that her outstanding leadership and tactics saved the country from the crisis.

인터넷 뱅킹에서 오프라인 신뢰와 온라인 거래의 관계

Owing to the rapid growth of using the Internet, not only click-and-mortar companies but also brick-and-mortar ones have been expanding their distribution channels into online, Moreover, since online channels are more attractive than offline ones in control and maintenance, switching customers into online ones is emerged as one of very important managerial issues in a view of reduction of cost as well as expansion of services. However, the switched customers should be faced by uncertainties which could not have been experienced in offline. Specifically, in online channels, buyers and sellers are separated temporally and spacially and there are always so many kinds of threat for security as well as not enough systems and conventions for them yet. Therefore, trust has been considered as one of the most critical mechanisms for resolution of such uncertainties in online transactions. However, it is not easy to build and maintain the relationships in online since most of them are virtual and indirect generally. Therefore, in order to switch offline customers into online ones, it is very important to make strategies based on identification of the relationship between online transaction and offline trust which has been built in offline business. Generally offline trust, which has been built independent of online, could not include trust for online-dependent activities such as payment security during or after transactions, while most of online trust include it. Therefore, a customer with high offline trust does not always perceive high security and assure safe transactions. Accordingly, while online trust, where technical capabilities for online security is one of main bases, includes control trust implicitly or explicitly, offline trust does not. However. in spite of such clear discrimination and independence between offline trust and perceived security, there can be the significant dependency between these two beliefs. The customers with high offline trust believe that the company would do some activities for online security for customers' safe transactions since it has been believed of doing well for customers' trust. Theoretically, users' perception of security is interpreted as a kind of control trus, which is trust for company's technical control capacities in order to resolve technical uncertainties in online. Therefore, the relationship between two beliefs can be considered as transference from offline trust to another type trust. that is, control trust. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of offline trust on online transaction uses mediated by perceived security. For this purpose, we suggest a research model based on technology acceptance model (TAM). Reuse intention is adopted as a dependent variable and TAM is modified by adding perceived risk (PR) as well as two beliefs of using Internet banking, perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU). Moreover, perceive security (PS) is adopted as an external variable for PR and PU, while offline trust (OT) is an antecedent of PS. For an empirical test, sampling from 108 visitors to the banks in Daegu, Korea, we analyze our model by partial least square (PLS) approach. In result, our model is shown to explain 51.4% of the variance in reuse intention and all hypothesis are supported statistically. A theoretical implication of this study is to identify a role of PS between offline trust and reuse intention of using online transaction services. According to our result, PS can be considered as a mediation variable for bridging between two different concepts: trust that explains social aspects of customers and companies, and TAM that explains customers' reuse intention.

Risk has been considered as one of very important topics in traditional consumer behavior theoretically and practically since its tendency of minimizing errors rather than maximizing utilization in addition to its intuitive appealing with very high explaining power. In addition to a traditional view of risk, importance of risk in online transactions such as Internet banking is due to technical instability in security of the Internet as well as temporal and spatial separation of transaction partners. Therefore, risk in online transactions should be analyzed by a very comprehensive way since it is very inherent in the Internet. The objective of this study is to suggest a research model for explaining the use of online transactions in some risk related variables including risk results, security result, perceived security, and social influence and show its validity by applying it to Internet banking users. In result, hypotheses suggested by our research model are shown to be valid ones.
