농촌축제가 지역경제에 미치는 파급효과의 추정 - 하동군 악양대봉감축제를 사례로 -

본 연구에서는 경상남도 하동군 악양대봉감축제를 대상으로 수출기반모형을 이용하여 농촌축제가 해당 지역의 지역경제에 미치는 파급효과를 추정하였다. 이를 위해 2014년도 악양대봉감축제 방문객들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 그들의 총지출액으로 파악하였고, 하동군의 통계자료를 이용하여 하동지역의 수출승수를 추정하였으며, 이를 기반으로 축제 방문객들의 지출액이 지역경제에 미치는 파급효과를 산출하였다. 하동군에 대한 수출승수를 산출한 결과 4.493으로 추정되었고, 산출된 수출승수에다 방문객들이 지역 내에서 지출한 금액을 곱하여 지역경제 파급효과액을 산출하였다. 2011~2015년 5년 동안 연평균 7,730가구가 하동군 외 지역으로부터 악양대봉감축제에 참여하였고, 한 가구당 66,671원을 지출함으로써, 지역외 방문객이 악양대봉감축제에 참여하여 지출한 금액은 한 해 평균 총 515.4백만 원이다. 여기에 하동군의 추정된 수출승수 4.493을 곱하여 총 2,315.5백만 원의 지역경제 파급효과가 산출되었다.
This paper aims to estimate effects of rural festivals on regional economy using Export Base Model. Akyang Persimmon Festival held in Hadong County, Kyungnam Province was selected for a case study. Questionnaire survey was carried out for visitors of the case festival, where the total expenditure during their participating in the festival was asked. Export multiplier of Hadong County was estimated using the data from Hadong County Statistical Yearbook. Export multiplier was estimated to be 4.493, which means that expenditure of 1 won from the festival visitors outside Hadong County induces the production of 4.493 won in Hadong County. During the period of 2011~2015, 7,730 households participated in Akyang Persimmon Festival from outside Hadong County annually, and they expended 66,671 won per household. Total expenditure from the festival visitors outside Hadong County is 515.4 million won and induced effects of the expenditure is 2,315.5 won.

As development of farming and fishing areas comprehensively deals with their environment and activities, considerable interdisciplinary expertism on farming and rural areas is needed. In farming and fishing fields which are poor in human resources, roles of regional development consultants who will lead regional development are very important. Korea Rural Community Corporation has managed a civil qualification system for development consultants for farming and fishing rural since 2010 along with educational programs to nurture specialists in development of farming and fishing villages. The development qualification system is to certify specialists in investigation for regional development, regional planning and consulting, promotion planning and consulting for farming and industrial business. To raise its status as an authorized system, job analysis as a special job should be made. This study aims to define the concept of a farming and fishing rural development consultant and identify their main duties and sub-duties using DACUM. The DACUM methodology is widely used in vocational education fields because curricula in vocational education don't adequately mirror the needs of the work fields. The job analysis of farming and fishing rural development consultant revealed 4 duties, 15 tasks.

본 연구는 경상남북도 소재의 농가-기업 연대형 커뮤니티 비즈니스의 두 사례에 대한 조사와 SETCB 모델에 근거한 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 침체된 농촌 지역경제의 활성화나 농촌 커뮤니티 의 활력화를 위해서는 조직화가 필요하며, 나아가 가공업체 등 기업과의 적극적인 연결구조를 형성하는 것이 요구된다. 둘째, CB가 성공하기 위해서는 지역의 고유한 자원을 최대한 활용하여 다른 지역과의 차별화가 필 요하며 이에 더하여 창의적인 노력과 아이디어가 필요하다. 셋째, 경우에 따라서는 농촌형 CB가 지역에 획기 적인 변화의 계기가 될 수도 있다. 넷째, 성공적인 CB에는 역량과 열정이 있는 리더가 존재한다. 다섯째, 농촌 지역 CB의 수익성이 아직까지는 미흡한 수준이지만 다른 측면에서의 지역발전 효과는 의미가 있다.
A variety of community business have already been formed and run in some rural areas before community business is widely discussed with policy interest. Since the concept of rural community business was built based on a practical viewpoint, a case study should be more useful for seeking practical ways to solve the rural problems than a theoretical study. This study aims to derive the implications for the policy of rural community business through analyzing a couple of cases. Cases were selected among farm-enterprise joint business in Kyungsang Province supported by the policy programs of the Ministry for Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. Current situation and characteristics were examined for these cases, and SETCB Model, which is Sustainable Experience Tourism Community Business Model was used for structural analysis. Implications of the study are summarized as follows. First of all, systemized organization for a community business is necessary to vitalize the depressed rural community, especially, partnership between farms and enterprises is desirable for their win-win strategy. Second, unique regional resources need to be fully utilized for community business to be successful. It is a strategy of differentiation compared to other regions. Creative efforts and ideas are also needed. Third, rural community business can be a motive for the groundbreaking change to a region. Fourth, there exists an able and passionate leader in the story of successful rural community business. Fifth, although most of rural community business are not so profitable yet, its regional development effects are meaningful in other parts.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the actual landscape conditions of fishing villages and to suggest the direction for creative landscape formation of them. For this, we tried to field survey for 21 sample places and drew each coastal characteristics. The results of this study were as follows ; First, Fishing villages of each coast have different characteristics, endemic landscape types and elements. Second, landscape formation projects of fishing villages is pushing ahead with mainly supply standardized facilities. So, They must establish the directions of landscape formation considering geographical location and their characteristics. Third, It need to change the awareness for landscape formation by the inhabitants participation. And, Government has to prepare policies such as incentive system.

This study is to find out vitalization plan of rural village festival through field survey and in-depth interview. Festival vitalization plans were suggested for each of four steps. The results are as follows: (1) preparing stage : disambiguation of supporting festival, adjustment of selecting times & improvement of selecting index in supporting festival, support of planning & managing ability, and systematization of festival consulting team. (2) planning stage : supporting differentiated festival program development, and public relations of rural village festival. (3) operating stage : flexible utilization of supporting budget and systematization of festival supporters operation. (4) ending stage : holding a workshop to share successful festival cases.

이중봉 정수압 압출의 실용적 유한요소해석 모델

A new finite element model for the hydrostatic extrusion of a biaxial bar is introduced. In this model, a penalty contact algorithm, which is adopted to replace the traction boundary conditions due to the fluid in the container of the extruder, is incorporated into a consistent penalty finite element formulation for the viscoplastic deformation of a work piece during hydrostatic extrusion. Two parameters, introduced in the penalty contact algorithm in this study, a critical penalty contact pressure $P_0$ and a critical penalty contact distance $D_c$, are carefully examined for various process conditions. The proposed finite element model is applied to the hydrostatic extrusion of a Cu-clad Al bar. The extrusion loads and thickness ratios of the clad materials by the proposed model are compared in detail to values from experiments reported in the literature. Finally, it is concluded that the proposed finite element model is useful in practical implementations.

This paper deals with effects of certain important factors in a tube drawing operation, such as the use of a mandrel, die radius and tangential angle at die outlet, on the deformation behavior of a small-diameter seamless tube. Both experimental and finite element simulation studies are carried out to assess the effects of the above parameters. Experiments and finite element predictions are compared. The use of a mandrel simplifies the design of tube drawing, but also induces some difficulties from increased process complexity. The effects of die outlet tangential angle and radius are discussed in detail.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the conditions of small fishing village & fishing port and to suggest the development direction of them. For this, we tried to field survey and research of development demands for 100 sample places. The results of this study were as follows; First, Small fishing villages & fishing ports have different characteristics and their primary industry was a fisheries. And they have a poor condition for basic facilities and industrial facilities, more smaller fishing port. Second, The living satisfaction of residents was decreased gradually because of a decrease in amount of catching fish, a population aging and etc. Residents and public officers was to demand an expansion of basic facilities, an investment of national expenditure and a simplification of administrative procedure. Third, We could establish the development directions by geographical location and funcion of them. And They must development consider their characteristics.

The regional development methods, which had carried out in the rural area had many legal and systematic problems in establishing plans for the region itself, and in finding and practicing various business. Recently, new government revised the budget system and introduced the block grants system to overcome this limitation. Due to this, plans and enforcements of subsequent rural development projects are expected be a significant change. The study suggests the 'theme cluster development' method for accomplishing the regional specialization and competitiveness and examines the procedure of application in practice through the regional development plan of Sunchang-gun, Jeonbuk province.

Forming characteristics for the bundle extrusion of Cu-Ti bimetal wires are investigated, which can identify the process conditions for weak mechanical bonding at the contact surface during the direct extrusion of a Cu-Ti bimetal wire bundle. Then, the plastic deformation at the contact zone causes mechanical bonding and a new bonding criterion for pressure welding is developed as a function of the principal stretch ratio and normal pressure at the contact surface by analyzing micro local extrusion at the contact zone. The averaged deformation behavior of Cu-Ti bimetal wire is adopted as a constitutive behavior at a material point in the finite element analysis of Cu-Ti wire bundle extrusion. Various process conditions for bundle extrusions are examined. The deformation histories at the three points, near the surface, in the middle and near the center, in the cross section of a bundle are traced and the proposed new bonding criterion is applied to predict whether the mechanical bonding at the Cu-Ti contact surface happens. Finally, a process map for the direct extrusion of Cu-Ti bimetal wire bundle is proposed.

This paper is concerned with the prediction of micro structural changes of pearlitic steel wire during clod drawing. The most important microstructural aspects are ferrite/cementite interlamellar spacing, cementite shape and thickness, since those are crucial factors to determine the mechanical strength of pearlitic steel. In this study, a couple of new algorithms to predict the above microstructural changes are developed based on the deformation histories of macro material points obtained from finite element simulations for pearlitic steel wire drawing. Some predictions are shown. The special features of the algorithms developed in this study are discussed in details.

This paper is concerned with spring back after sheet forming of bulk amorphous alloys in the super cooled liquid state. The temperature-dependence and strain-rate dependence of Newtonian/non-Newtonian viscosities as well as the stress overshoot/undershoot behavior of amorphous alloys are reflected in the thermo-mechanical Finite Element simulations. Hemispherical deep drawing operations are simulated for various forming conditions such as punch velocity, die corner radius, friction, blank holder force, clearance and initial forming temperature. Here, spring back by an instantaneous elastic unloading was followed by thermal deformation during cooling and two modes of spring backs are examined in detail. It could be concluded that the superior sheet formability of an amorphous alloy can be obtained by taking the proper forming conditions for loading/unloading.

극저온 압연중인 알루미늄 합금의 미세조직의 변화 - 집합조직의 발전과 결정립 크기 및 형상 변화 -를 예측할 수 있는 오일러리안 유한요소 해석을 수행하였다. 패스 당 압하율 $30\%$ 인 연속 세 패스의 압연공정을 시뮬레이션 하여 얻은 결과는 실험에서 관측된 것과 비슷한 경향을 보여, 본 연구의 해석모델의 타당성을 입증하였다.
This paper is concerned with the prediction of micro structural changes of Al alloys during cryogenic rolling using an Eulerian finite element analysis. The main objective of cryogenic rolling is to obtain ultra-fine grains by severe plastic deformation at the extremely low temperature. Thereby, this simulation focuses on micro structural developments - the texture development and the changes in the size and shape of grains. The former one may be modeled using a crystal plasticity theory while the other can be predicted by a streamline technique. Applications to three pass rolling are given.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the bulk/sheet forming characteristics of bulk amorphous alloys in the supercooled liquid state. The temperature dependences of Newtonian viscosities of amorphous materials are obtained based on the previous experimental works. Finite element analyses for compression forming and sheet deep drawing of amorphous materials are performed. Effects of friction coefficients and temperature are examined and formability of amorphous material is explained in detail.
