The propose of this study is to analyze color of clothes the drama, “I'm sorry, I love you.” which has shown a successful attempt to color planning of clothes in the drama. The character with personality oneself had the color which is resembling, that color was applied in the clothing and as image element it was used. The color of the whole has flows. It change with the story from chromatic color to an achromatic color. Also the color does shows a situation. The TV drama of today shows the many thing, as image. But the televiewers demand more fun from image. It is different to an other drama, which does the color planning of clothes in drama. The color planning of drama will be satisfied with a televiewer.

This study provides the importance of designing display rules to ease emotional labor of airline cabin crew and a preview point of a way of increasing the customer orientation so that it will be useful to establish a strategy for organization management of airline cabin crew. As the result of regression analysis, it was adopted by three hypotheses; that Emotional display rules of the airline cabin crew have a meaningful effect on emotional labor Hypothesis 1, emotional labor has a meaningful effect on customer orientation Hypothesis 2, Emotional display rules has a meaningful effect on customer orientation Hypothesis 3. The findings from the analysis shows when the cabin crew performs emotional labor and customer orientation by display rules will be increased if airlines constantly modify and complement customer handling manuals at current point by the process of recognizing whether the problems occur or not and correction of them.. And regardless of a performing way of cabin crew's emotional labor, it showed that deep acting and surface acting both have a positive effect on customer orientation. Therefore this result suggests that cabin crew as well as airlines should look and evaluate it with a positive view although emotional labor has been considered with a negative view until now.

Color is one of the most powerful expressing methods in movie and it delivers main character's emotion and story flow .The purpose of this study is to analyze the movie color of Something's Gotta Give '. Fist, this study investigates the color of character's fashion and interior and makes up color palettes. Secondly, I found out the symbolism of colors in main scene. Through this study, I arrive at reach the conclusion that this movie uses color effectively. On the whole, this study investigates the underlying effects of color and their relation with other elements in the film in an effort to enhance a proper use of color in movie.

This paper tries to find out antecedents and consequences of innovation ambidexterity among companies residing in the airport. To define antecedents, this paper regards such four variables as relationship orientation, market orientation, dynamic capabilities and level of resources. Such variables are assumed to have an effect on innovative ambidexterity and the innovative ambidexterity is also presumed to have an impact on company's marketing consequences. According to hypothesis test, the more a company has relationship orientation, market orientation, dynamic capabilities and level of resources, the more effective an innovation ambidexterity becomes and the bigger marketing performance could be expected. Therefore companies ought to maintain both exploration and utilization perspectives of innovation ambidexterity following the four variables above to expand new customer market and increase revenues.


항공사 객실승무원 팀제에서의 LMX와 TMX가 팀유효성과 팀성과에 미치는 영향연구

본 연구는 항공사 객실서비스 향상, 효율적인 승무원 관리를 위한 팀제 운영에 기초자료를 제공할 목적으로 항공사 객실승무원 팀제에서의 LMX(팀장과 팀원의 교환관계)와 TMX(팀과 팀원의 교환관계)의 정도에 따른 팀 유효성 및 팀성과와의 영향관계를 검증하였다. 분석결과 LMX와 TMX는 팀유효성 및 팀성과에 모두 영향관계가 있음이 검증되어 가설은 모두 채택되었다. 이러한 결과로 객실승무원들은 팀장 및 팀원들 간의 교환관계의 질이 높을수록 팀몰입, 팀만족이 높아지고 이러한 팀유효성이 높을수록 팀성과가 높아진다는 결론을 도출해냈다. 즉 객실승무원 팀제는 교환관계의 질을 높인다면 서비스품질 향상을 도모할 수 있는 필수불가결한 제도이지만 반대로 교환관계의 질이 낮은 상태로 운영된다면 역효과의 결과가 나타날 가능성이 있다. 따라서 항공사에서는 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 객실승무원 팀제운영 시 팀장 및 팀원들 간의 양질의 교환관계를 형성, 유지할 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 수립해야 할 것이다.
In this study for the purpose of providing the basic data for airline cabin service improvement and efficient crew management. The relationship on team effectiveness and team performance according to the quality of airline cabin crew team LMX(Leader-Member Exchange) and TMX(Team-Member Exchange) was verified. The findings from the analysis shows the closer team leader and team members have quality exchange relationship the more the cabin crews will team commitment and team satisfaction. The conclusion is drawn that increased team effectiveness(satisfaction and commitment) enhances team performance as well. Therefore, based on the results of the study on airline cabin crew team operation system, the team leader and team members should come up with specific scheme to establish quality exchange relationship and to maintain the relationship.
