드라마촬영지의 관광지로서의 인기도는 얼마나 지속하는가? : 빅데이터 분석을 중심으로

As a result of ICT rapid development, usage of smart phone and social media has been quickly diffused, and thereof nation-wide interest in big data relating to tourism has been soaring. In particular, tourism scholars began to pay attention to big data analysis and its applications to the tourism industry. Big data is regarded as unbeatable resource in creating new value for every system of society. It analyzes current situations using a huge amount of information and predicts future trend based on the result. In the same context, social big data analysis could be utilized to understand tourist behaviors and to make drama location destinations popular. The purpose of this study is to investigate how long the popularity of drama location destinations lasts. The data was collected from 2009 to 2015. A total of 29,085 tex data were analyzed. The procedure went through collecting text data, extracting key words, examining the rate of change of the tourists and anatomizing their relationships. The results of this study, destination popularity of TV drama locations was maintained until three months after drama end and, since then, popularity has been lowered. Among the tourist destination attractive attribution, the patterns of destination unique attractive and accessibility and of tourist reduction changed similarly.

소셜 네트워크 분석을 통한 국민의 관광에 대한 인식 변화 연구

The purpose of this study is to analysis of changing perception about awareness of Korea tourism by using big data of social media. For this, this study collected data containing「tourism」, 「travel」keywords from blogs, news and webpages on Naver and Facebook during five years, 2013 through 2017. Data were collected by using TEXTOM, a data collecting and processing program and from those data, density, degree centrality were analyzed by utilizing packaged NetDraw along with UCINET. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the web visibility of Korean tourist destinations was high. In addition, the result showed that the web visibility was also high for tourism types such as tourism week, family trip, overseas trip and free-style trip.

This article illustrates the influence relationship with the participation purpose, attributes of trade fair choice and a satisfaction of Korea Green Energy EXPO‘s exhibitors. This results that exhibitors consider which the attribute of trade fair are important according to the purpose of participation and offers new instruction for the trade fair through research of a satisfaction about attributes of trade fair choice. According to results, the participation purpose is identified to sales and non-sales objectives. The attributes of trade fair choice are classified into 8 categories which are the management ability of organizers, the participation results, the industrial infrastructure of host city, the exhibition promotion, the adequacy of the cost, the convenience of destination, the tour infrastructure of host city addition to external environment of host city. This also indicates exhibitors evaluate exhibitions in accordance with the participation purpose and attribute of trade fair, and the attribute of trade fair is considered more important to exhibitors with non- sales objectives than them with sales objectives. Because exhibitors with sales objectives focus on consulting and trading more, it is presumed that exhibitors with non-sales objectives would consider whole general factors about exhibitions. Exhibition organizers, therefore, need to make distinctive marketing and service strategy in segmentation with the purpose of participation. The results between the attribute of choice and relationship with satisfaction does not affect satisfaction to the adequacy of the cost and the tour infrastructure of host city. And the management ability of organizers, the participation results, the industrial infrastructure of host city, the exhibition promotion and the convenience of destination give significant effects.

사회연결망 분석을 활용한 대구의 관광지 이미지 분석: 온라인 빅데이터를 중심으로

온라인에서 생성되는 관광지 관련 정보들을 활용한 관광지 이미지 분석은 관광소비자들의 관광목적지에 대한 인식을 설명할 수 있는 유의미한 정보를 도출할 수 있으며, 관광소비자들의 특정 관광지에 대한 이미지를 더욱 심층적으로 이해할 수 있다. 본 연구는 온라인 빅데이터를 활용한 대구의 관광지 이미지 실례연구를 실시하여 대구의 관광지 이미지를 분석하고 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 국내 포털 사이트를 대상으로 텍스트 마이닝과 사회연결망 분석을 실시하여, 대구의 관광지 이미지를 형성하는 관광지 이미지 요소들을 추출하고 영향 정도를 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 관광객 인프라시설과 문화와 예술, 역사 등의 관광지 이미지 형성 요소들이 대구의 관광지 이미지를 형성하는 주요한 요소들로 파악되었으며, 특히, '대구중구골목투어'가 전체적인 대구의 관광지 이미지 형성에 핵심적인 역할을 하는 것으로 파악되었다.
A positive destination image has an impact on the tourist arrivals and economic growth of the tourist destination. Recently, the content generated by sharing tourist experiences and destination information on the internet has been increasing. The online content has the potential to become a major tourist decision source and provide more in-depth materials and richer content to extract destination image, insight and tourist's perceptions of the destination. This study was designed to explore the destination image of Daegu online and draw lessons for successful image management in an era of big data. Text mining approach and social network analysis were conducted to extract destination image determining elements and assess the influence of the elements. The result showed that destination image elements related to tourist infra-structures and culture, history and art affected the overall destination image of Daegu. Destination marketers should make an effort to grasp these precise destination image and seek ways to boost competitiveness as a tourist destination.

한국 거주 외국인의 의료서비스 경험

Purpose: This study was done to identify the experience of health care services by foreign residents in Korea. Method: Participants were 12 foreigners from China, North America, and Japan. Qualitative data were collected using three focus group interviews and analyzed with qualitative content analysis. Results: The participants' experience of health services was categorized as 21 sub-categories, 11 categories and three main categories. The main categories were 'Quality of health care', 'Health care personnel', and 'Health care system and infrastructure'. The main category of 'Quality of health care' included three categories, 'Health care personnel' included another four categories, and 'Health care system and infrastructure' included the remaining four categories. The participants reported positive experiences such as favorable feelings and satisfaction particularly, with the high quality of health care but also negative experiences such as apprehension, distrust, difficulties, and inconvenience in the health care service in Korea. Conclusions: The results of this study can be helpful in the development of strategies to improve health care services for foreigners by providing fundamental information about the foreign residents' experience of health care services in Korea from their perspectives.
